Well, not to be too harsh on Pep but it was pretty obvious that his mission is close to impossible at Camp Nou without Robben and Ribbery.

His only two players who can hit opponents hard on counter attacks were not available (considering the gaps Barca defenders leave at the back). I guess his only mistake was playing both Muller and Lewandowski, 4-5-1 would have been more ideal.
Its not the fact that his team lost thats bad. Camp Nou is a difficult place for anyone let alone if you are missing your 2 star players. Whats bad is the manner of the loss. No chances at all. 3-0. and more importantly helpless side and back passes all game.

His record against big teams is terrible. He beat City 1-0 in Germany but lost to them in England 3-2. Humiliated by both Barca and Madrid. He doesnt even learn from past mistakes. He knows how to do just one game plan and now that its figured out he has no clue what to do and walks into the same trap every big game.

When he left barca he said he had no more new tactical ideas. It seems he has just about the same few ideas in Bayern.

watch puyol, Gerrard, Nesta and Carlos. Puyol especially is probably the worst humiliation Ive seen a defender get.
Couldn't open the first video , watched the pyol one though and I don't agree . Pyol does everything right , he has to change direction , lowers himself , angles his body to restart sprinting in the other direciton and slips , and that's it . What boateng does is simply nonsensical . There is no way you can expect to make a fast change of direction by staying so tall , it's a given you will fall . As I have written in another post though I still think messi would have passed him nonetheless .

Well at least one thing is sure after the first leg - refs always favor these Spanish teams.

I don't think we stand a chance in Madrid and I'm not saying this because of their players quality.

We will have to play a perfect 90 minutes, maybe even with a man down.

We got this man! If Pogba is fit enough I'd through him in the mix and take out Pirlo. Play a 4312 as usual with Marchisio as DM we can do this we just have go for the goal we need to attack we need a draw as bare minimum

Absurd thing is that only few weeks ago people rated Boateng higher than Bonucci or Chiellini. Getting dribbled by Messi is no shame, but to fall on your back, lose your footing like this is hilarious and unworthy of any serious defender.
Right... except no. Even the greats had laughable moments in their careers. No one can be perfect all the time. Pelé, for instance, made Beckenbauer his bitch.

@Fr3sh that's how it's done, bro. Comanlé should watch and learn with his dad.

I know I am being repetitive on this , but I still thing that Boatengs one is much much worse . Boateng's one is so bad that is looks actually fake . If something like the situations posted above happened to us against an italian team people would be cursing the defenders , if something similar to what boateng did happened they would be screaming calcopoli 2.0 , I would bet my ass on it.

@CrimsonianKing

I agree, that's just part of the game. Barza has been owned by el Sharawy and puyol has been dropped by di Maria. It happens and this is Messi we're talking about here
