They've got great players + Messi in this form. It's not a rocket science really.

Luis Enrique has demonstrated his abilities before joining Barca where he was a below average coach without a doubt. And look at him now.
Exactly. We didn't know what kind of a coach Pep was (until after he destroyed a perfect Bayern singlehandedly, of course) but we know too well what a shit coach Luis Enrique is. Pep is the most overrated "thing" in football.

Tbh, despite how small the percentages are, we are better suited against barcelona's playstyle compared to bayern's playstyle (when fit).

Dont forget that the final, IF we get there, is played on neutral grounds. If there is one team i'd prefer not to visit at their home, its Barcelona

I have to agree with you on this one.

In 2003.. All teams we faced from the knock outs until the final...were more skileld than us technically speaking. We somehow survived Barcelona in camp nou at the very last moment, and we all know what happened with Madrid.

We need to believe in our chances, as slim as they are. For some reason, we have a technical-physical chemistry that poison spanish teams like a plague.

They have an attack maybe 2 times better than ours..but like always, we have a very physical and acceptably talented midfield... and an above avreage physical defense.

Of course thats in case we go thru:scarf:

Well, no shit, but I'd rather Bayern. I feel like there's no chance against Barca.

How?
Everyone here, excluding myself thank you very much, was scared shitless of Real Madrid. Now we played the first leg and we actually look the better side. I know I'd bet on us anyway. We can beat Barcelona too, they're only marginally better than Real.

Why not? Used to be you were a lot slower at 30 than at 25. Today not so much. And look at guys like Zlatan. Ronaldo will be a superstar at 36, no doubt.
Zlatan never used speed and getting past his opponents as his main thing, unlike Messi and Ronaldo.

Both will be good even at 35, but not as nearly convincing and dominant as now, especially Messi.

Damn, Boatengs ass just got stretched so bad by Messi you could probably fit Messi's head, shit haircut and all up there with room to spare

    Abused doesn't even cover it.

Pep when he doesn't have an elite squad and the best player of all time carrying him  plays too much fantasy football. Never thought a managerial legend could be so naive, the way he set up at the beginning, he's lucky it wasn't a double digit score line.

Not like it's a one off either, the way he played the Worlds highest line against Madrid last time was amazing too.

Bayern with not even an injury crisis this year but more an injury epidemic...still dominated domestically...should tell you everything you need to know about the Bundesliga. In their current state they're not special at all.

We all wanted Real as a much weaker opponent and I said many times we have a very good chance to go through against Real. I, sadly, can't say the same when it comes to Barca.

We can win but it'd be a horrible pain to defend against those fuckers.

Well this was very entertaining. I mean watching pep getting humiliated again and again... how many times did he got his ass beaten like this? What an overrated coach... He will not get better teams then he had with barca and the one he was gifted with bayern, he's going down!
