Damn what a game last night! Real Madrid was a joy to watch. Kaka showed his Milan form again. Beauty of a goal by Benzema. C.Ronaldo was all over the pitch.

I really enjoyed the match :)

Watching a bit of PSG yesterday I just noticed they are very average. Sure Porto is great at home but they humiliated PSG.

Sirugu is damn good though and of course T Silva and Ibra (both poor yesterday) but apart from that they have a long way to go before considered among the top of Europe.

Man City were awful and very lucky (even worse and even luckier than Juve were last night).

They just don't run enough.
It's been long time, if ever, that I've seen such a big difference in "Kms ran" between two teams. While City ran 110kms, Dortmund did 118. Iirc, there were 5-6 Dortmund players who covered more ground than the best City player in this category. While one Dortmund player covered 13km, the best one in City had 10km.

I don't remember the totals from that game for each team, but I can't imagine it being too dissimilar.

A high figure for distance covered is good if we dominated, because it means every player busted his ass for the team.

If we got dominated and our players covered a lot of ground, it means we were run ragged.

Can't recall the numbers or the players, but it was like that for Chelsea-Juve, I think.

Juve certainly had the top few players for distance covered in that game.
