A world cup and it's all done. He's 23 years old, ya know. In fact, at club level, he already passed Zizou.
Did he win the league title with two different clubs in two different leagues? Last time I checked he didn't.

One World Cup? Is that it? Piss easy...

Can you compare the Argentina team of 2010 without Messi and the France team of 2006 without Zidane and show me that the France team was a better team?
France had the basic foundations of team who worked hard and were defensive wall to face, unspired football and off form offensive players, but deffo a formidable team in their own way, though they wouldnt gone to Final prolly (except for grinding results with set pieces etc) without Zizou, their group stage games was rather boring, and they needed Zizou badly against Spain and Brasil. While Argentina, Messi or no Messi, couldnt be saved because they didnt even the basic foundations of a united and well oiled team (unlike France who had great players in every defensive position). They were simply flawed top to bottom, it was all about passing the ball to Messi and Tevez, their midfield was a JOKE.

loved watching manure dripping like diarehea all over the pitch. fergusons tomatoe face and motorbike tensed grip throughout the match was brilliant. Thank you barca and messi. its nice to wake up in a densely utd supporting area on the suburbs of manchester :-D

That's just one funny way to look at it! It's just easy for Lionel to move to Milan or Inter and win the league more than 5 times. Just as it was easy for Zidane to win a league title with Real Madrid.

No, France did not have a junkie as their coach, you are right. They had a retard.
Indeed, I dont equate their team unity and organisation on that tard, it was just several experienced world class players who played with eachother alot, and went far despite their coach, not because of him. Maradona in comparison took over a team who had no foundation or basic gameplan, and made them less organised then they even were.

:D I know.. Fuck Barca.. But that said, there is nothing wrong if people do think they play good football, or people saying Messi is world class.. It's just an opinion.. People who say FUCK barca and they are disgusting aint more of a Juventus fan then the once who do like Messi..
You don't understand man. There might be nothing wrong if someone says that Barca plays great football, but you need to see the bigger picture. That harmless statement leads to another one and another one and another one, and even before you realize you will see Os and Andy turn into Barca fans jumping out of joy when Messi scores against Juve.
Our job here is to stop Barca from stealing elite Juve fans. One day You will all thank me, Hoori and Jack for preventing You to take the wrong road :D

And I'm happy to see that some guys are almost cured and their time in our mental hospital was helpful. Now we need to concentrate more on the most serious cases. Talking about this, it's time to tell nurse Snoop to give Osman his medicine.

You say it like it is as easy as to win one single World Cup. Let's see it happen then we can continue this discussion.

Joking or not, I dont care, dont mention me with your deluded crap, just because I dont automatically hate a team or a player, who both are amazing, like you do, doesnt make me a fan (though except for Messi, he is simply too insane to not want to watch and like, though has nothing to do with being fan of his club). I find it petty and stupid. Be the grown man you are and accept that people can disagree with your view or dislikes&likes without labelling them, lame mentality.

You mentioned earlier that France in 2002 were a joke team, how come after four years lead by a lunatic of a coach did they become a team with the right basic foundations and balance?

But, Jack, you said that Messi won't even achieve half what Zidane achieved! Does that mean a World Cup title represents more than 50% of Zidane's achievements?

And, why are you so sure Argentina are not going to win one of 2014 and 2018 WCs with Messi playing? Personally, I don't think a WC prove much about a single player quality. Otherwise, it'll be safe to say that Materazzi is better than Maldini. And Materazzi had such a huge impact in 2006 Italy triumph.

2002 was alot of injuries (Zizou included) on key positions, coupled with a very ill prepared and arrogant team. In general that world cup it was a tourno of ill prepared top teams who thought they only needed to show up to get anywhere. France 2006 learned from that total embarrassment and was way more united and well worked team.

I never said I'm a Juve fan, unlike some others who were Juve fans and now support Barca. I was an I am a Milan fan so I'm simply celebrating my team's scudetto.
Talking about the avatar, let us please remind Snoop to act on it.

Oh God

And Osman, I wonder what happened to those experienced well organized players just in two years, in Euro 2008. I assume they lost on some parts of their experience :agree:
They got washed up as heck as players or key players retired. Alot can happen in 2 years. As Italy showed between 2006 and 2008.

I am not talking only about the 1998 title that Zidane played a major part in, I am emphasizing on what Zidane did in 2006, carrying a crippled France team lead by a lunatic of a coach to the World Cup final and only losing in a penalty shootout he did not take part in.

Please now, was Materazzi's impact on the Italian NT similar to Zidane's impact on the French NT? I will not comment on that.
