Arsenal could have went all defensive. They still would have conceded.
Any scenario you can come up with, they would prolly lost anyway, but I dont get at all what Wenger/Arsenal were going for tonight. At 1-1, they didnt go defensive, nor anything else, just half-assing it giving away pushing, but still keeping high defensive line, trying to play in midfield but losing the ball in seconds almost all the time. Very weak approach. They were rushed to losing the ball from every single part of the pitch, pretty pathetic, even deep in their defense.

Did you guys know that... Messi is now the 7th best goalscorer in the entire history of the UCL with 33 goals and his next target to beat is none other than ADP who has 42 goals

I can see him surpassing 100. That was a really sick goal today though, pure class.

If you factor in both legs, it evens itself out if i'm to be honest. RVP's red card was a rubbish decision, but then again so was the disallowed Messi goal in the first leg.
Its funny the Arsenal fan isnt complaining about the clear penalty kick, nor coming with some kinda of calciopoli-esque moaning, while the non Arsenal fans here are, hehe.

Fantastic, hope FIGC change the rules to 0 non Italian transfers every season. That'll get the Italian football back. YAY! More Pepe's!

If you have seen Italians in Europe recently it is laughable. Roma is a perfect example, if De Rossi's punch on Srna is the best we can offer then we could better stay away from European football.

How is that? They defended all the time in the first 45 minutes and didn't concede until the 48th. With 9 men in the box they could have survived for 30-35 minutes, just like Chelsea did it in 2009, like Inter did it for so many minutes with a man less.
If they went defensive after the red card they might have eliminated Barca.

They didn't even seem interested in winning it. When they went down 3-1, they started walking around out there, taking the aggregate defeat. But the tie wasn't over yet, not in the slightest. I've seen far more fight from Arsenal over the years to expect a little more from them. So with this and their overall approach today, they are deservedly out.

What's funnier is that always the same people mind when certain members here complain about Barca.

Surprise surprise.
Lol says the clown who didnt watch the game but still says the same repetetive stuff.

Very petty of the ref to give 2nd yellow for that. But not first time I seen 2nd yellows for that, kicking away the ball after offside. I seen 2nd yellows for taking off shirt, for clapping sarcastically, for not taking a freekick quick enough, all petty minor things for 2nd yellow, but still yellows.

RVP acted like a petulant punk most of the time. Should been subbed for Chamakh, who they could have played long balls too, instead of try to pass their way out but be super exposed by Barca's pressuring game every single time.

Barca found their rhythm in the second 45, so I'd discount the first. The organization was overall lacking for Dial, plus the goals came off of mistakes by Dial players. Methinks they would have ended up in a loss anyway. They are not Inter, so it's stupid for them to try to emulate them.

Come on, do you guys really believe that refereeing decisions factoring in both legs, went Barca's way?

Damn man, you hate Barcelona more than i support Arsenal :D
