what a piece of shit game already.

Juve: Marchisio e Chiellini fuori col Bayern, Mandzukic in forte dubbio

Report: Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio suffers calf strain, will miss trip to Bayern Munich
By Danny Penza

Here's something you don't want to hear less than 48 hours from Juventus kicking off a decisive European game against one of the best teams still remaining in the Champions League.

#BayernJuve: stiramento al polpaccio per #Marchisio. Out per la trasferta in Germania. @GoalItalia
— Romeo Agresti (@romeoagresti) March 14, 2016

Rough translation for all of the non-Italian speakers/readers out there: Claudio Marchisio has a calf strain. He's out for the trip to Germany.

Yep, according to the well-connected Romeo Agresti, Juventus' most important midfielder is out for Wednesday night's trip to Germany to face Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie. There has been no confirmation or mention of an injury from Juventus' end as of Monday turning to Tuesday in Italy. Juve's Monday training report had no mention of any kind of injury updates — be it the status of Giorgio Chiellini or Marchisio dealing with this new calf injury.

So now, with it looking like Chiellini won't be taking part in Wednesday's second leg and Marchisio reportedly set to miss out, two of Juve's most important pieces could very well be watching from Turin rather than stepping on the Allianz Arena field. That's, as you can probably suspect, is far from what you want to hear about with so much riding on this 90 minutes of game time.

Let's just hope that this report of Marchisio being injured is a little off the mark. It wouldn't be the first time we got an injury scare and it turned out to not be much of anything at all.
@AlexJuventino

fucking injuries - just in time. street staff!

no Chiello, no Claudio, Mandzu in doubt. great. :sergio:

I don't understand how Allegri can't see there's something very wrong with his fitness staff, and that's a problem for him since his Milan days at least.

Yeah, not even I believe we can beat them without those 2. We simply don't have anyone to replace Marchisio's role which is of utmost importance. And then Mandzukic and Dybala with fatigue?
i've been waiting for this though.

what now? 442 with hernanes and khedira in the mid? kill me now.

rather go 4312 with pereyra at the AM spot and Pogba back to CM.
or even 352 with Rugani...just dont play hernanes---Khedira. that would be suicide.

come in and call me no-balls @Post Ironic

Marchisio was shit last time and doesnt take responsibility. He always lacked some balls. It doesnt change a thing. Pogba, Hernanes and Khedira are needed for this game.

Barza - Bonbon - Rugani

Cuadrado - Khedira - Hernanes - Pogba - Sandro

Dybala - Manzu

That is a team of players with technical abilities, able to play against the Germans. We need to go full out on them, not play with players like Licht, Marchisio and Evra who are only looking for backpasses.

get the fuck out. stupid post.

- - - Updated - - -

i'd go with the 352.

---------Rugani---BonBon---Barza
Licht--Sturaro--Hernanes--Pogba--A.Sandro
-------------Dybala------Mandzu

or maybe this:

Licht---Barza----BonBon---A.Sandro
-------------Hernanes
--------Sturaro--------Pogba
Cuadrado
----------Dybala
---------------Mandzu

...or even this:

--Licht---Barza---BonBon---A.Sandro
-------------Hernanes
-------Sturaro-------Pogba
--------------Pereyra
------Dybala--------Mandzu

...but we will end up with this:

Licht----Barza----BonBon----Evra
------Khedira-Hernanes-Pogba
Cuadrado
-----------Dybala--Mandzu

please, no Khedira-Hernanes mid. that'd be at least one slow ass to much.

Fuck off yourself, you post 4 formations. Speak of a stupid post. Licht sucks on the wing in these games. He cant keep up with the pace. Evra is too conservative. There is only one way and that is 3-5-2. Question is if Khedira starts or Sturaro or Asamoah. Khedira most likely, and that is our strongest lineup.
