We didn't just hold Barca to 0 goals in 180 minutes. We held an attack of Messi-Neymar-Suarez. I know that Bayern held them to 0 goals 4 years ago, but Barca played one of those two matches without Messi and the other with an injured Messi, and they didn't have Neymar and Suarez. They played with a Villa-Pedro attack against Bayern.

Really? I relaxed only after I saw that the ref gave 3 minutes of added time. And I was still like: "No way they can score 3 goals in added time, right?" Then I answered my question with: "Naaah, they can't" and I finally relaxed :D
Me too, I am serious only up to that point I lift my legs up and relaxed the last three minutes.

Brilliant game. Enjoyed every minute and never felt like we would concede. Never watched important game of ours as relaxed. The game could have lasted 180 more minutes but this Juve side wouldnt let anything in. One of the most dominant defensive displays I have seen. Bonucci and Chiellini won so many headers, tackles, challenges, eveyone did amazing job.... forza Juve

relaxed like "we are in very good position now, the worries in second half was related to not conceding and keeping a clean sheet and thrilled for counters to score and win it"

I had a 3% percentgage hope of making it, no sooner had the ref not whistled the first clear freekick i knew that he was told to "monitor" the conspiracy theories regarding spanish teams, to our detriment. and consequently i knew out chances were 0%.

One player had his face almost broken and his teammate gets booked. Try to process that.

I thought we played well, controlled the game and put them at their place for the larger part of the game, of course sometimes you need a goal to break the spelll and it wasn't to be, not because of this retarded myth of legendary italian defense but simply because football works like that. Messi in any other day would have buried those chances in the blink of eye.

Neymar does great damage to the opponent despite his finishing problems, but enough problems for the rest of the teammates to step out of the shadows and make use of his distraction of opponents. But again it's like messi when we had Isaac Cueaca, except that Neymar can never be THAT Messi.

It's extreamly unhealthy to switch from 4-3-3 to 3-5-2 .. It's not tactical flexibility, it's just tactical disability and self-doubt. When you master an art of playing, your opponent knows every little detail yet he can do little about it. That's a feature all great teams had, they were predictable yet they won.

I don't believe in individual requirement but in collective state of mind, today we were beaten by fatass higuin, and a bunch of players that would look clueless and second league tier had they played for us,;therefore, the talks about transfers is overrated.

Neymar is te only reason some opponents allow us some meters of depth because they don't want to risk letting him 1vs1. In the classico, with the abscence of the Neymar Factor, Real Madrid are not going to drop those meters and i expect a bad show especially in midfield.

Suarez and Messi are not playing great at the moment , especially Suarez who is not doing enough.

The imcompetent coach does not prepare the team psychologically otherwise how would one explain our courage in the camp Nou.

Having said all of that, credit to the team becayse they are playing without a coach an today they played against a 12th player which is the ref.

Lord give me strength:sergio:

Yeah Pjanic was pretty good. Calm on the ball and manage to get it out of difficult spots few times... Higgs cant seem to start banging these goals in Europe. He missed few good chances again. Maybe better luck for him in semis?

we should work on making the most of the counters. as one example out of many.. it was frustrating seeing that Cuadrado Chance with Higgy - wide open in Front of Cuad and Higgy not cutting in or come close.. should really have this experience in our players. it should be the 101 for this type of matches.

Yeah Barca fans complaining about refs is unbelievable considering the officiating they had against PSG. And their players cant accept any decision, not throwing the ball out when opponent was lying down injured (this happened in Turin as well), then not giving us the ball back... I really enjoyed looking at annoyed faces of their players when they started to realize, no matter how much effort they put in, Juventus right now is more complete and better unit... I enjoyed Neymars tears :)

Wait, are you blaming Marotta for no depth in attack? :howler: this team was built for a 352/4312, and for that we had more than enough depth on all positions. We changed to the 4231 halfway through the season, when were we supposed to sign all this depth?
Not only that, but one of the players that we were counting on to help in that rotation is lost for the year in Pjaca. I mean, are we supposed to have a 35 man roster so that we can cover every formation known to mankind?
