I dont understand. I think its pretty clear that allegri has steered the ship on the right course, he has been superb from half season on.

Before that he was running in all sort of troubles and he had to improvise..luckily for us, his instinct was spot on and the guy delivered.

But this doesnt mean everything ins rainbows and giggles. The team is incomplete and our players are doing extra effort when it shouldnt be that way. If him and Beppe were not aware we were going to play 4231 by midseason, then sorry but thats on them.
This doesnt mean the coach or players are not doing their job...totally the contrary, they have been superb. But things could have been waaay smoother if we planned better.
