Juventus ace Patrick Vieira has warned his teammates that Tuesday’s game against Arsenal will be like facing Milan.
The two teams square off against each other at Highbury in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.
And although the Gunners are struggling domestically since Vieira’s departure last summer, the Frenchman insists his Bianconeri colleagues face an almighty task.
"In terms of the way they play, if I had to compare Arsenal to an Italian team, I would say they were like Milan," he said on state television channel RAI.
"They like to play football and have some great individual players. Their play is more based on technique than physique - but we have what is needed to beat them.”
Worryingly for Juve fans, their side have failed to beat the Rossoneri this term after losing 3-1 and drawing 0-0 with them in Serie A.
Yet Vieira is confident that his team can get a result in what promises to be an emotional tie for the former Arsenal captain.
"When you play for a team for nine years you can't not be emotional,” added the 29-year-old. “I enjoyed many good moments in that stadium. I expect a warm welcome.”
Vieira won numerous League and FA Cup honours during his Highbury stint, but won’t be taking on some of his former colleagues.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has today confirmed that both Sol Campbell and Freddie Ljungberg are unavailable because of injury. Striker Jose Antonio Reyes is also a doubt.
Juventus will be without injured captain Alessandro Del Piero and the suspended Pavel Nedved, who was also sent-off at the weekend in the 1-1 draw with Roma.

I think we should play the way we played the second half against roma, but just to try to make more of our counter attacks. it will be a suicide if we push forward without thinking about the defence. Arsenal is a team that needs space to play their game. if we stay good in defence they will be nervous and we will get our chances
The reason I am starting to get slightly worried now is that it's clear Juventus are treating us with the utmost respect. Back in 2001-2002 that wasn't the case. With this in mind, we might not get the space i was anticpiating.
All things considered, the most important player tomorrow for arsenal is Alexandr Hleb. If he doesn't catch fire and take out two or three juventus players with one of his slalom dribbles then I'm not sure Henry will get the space to do his magic. If you frustrate Henry early, his head could drop and then he can be very easy to handle, especially in europe. Three years ago Henry was regularly average in europe and it is possible for him to have one of his stroppy nights.
Ljungberg is big loss in the sense of our playing a possible 4-5-1 formation. He, along with Reyes and Hleb, is one of three terriers scurrying behind Henry- they're like his foot soldiers. With Ljungberg injured, 4-5-1 will be consigned to the dustbin and 4-4-2 will be used tomorrow.

helb can be dangerous but he also looses the ball in very dangerous situations and mutu can exploit this with his speed.
also hleb is not actually the bees kness defensively.
i must admit im worried about van persie i hope he is not quite bac on form following his injury.
maybe with DP out injured zlatan place will not be under pressure and just maybe he can actually put in a decent performance for a change.
