Well this game was a full disappointment for me. Here is wat i think abt it

I liked the starting formation with zambro on the left and zebina on the right.

We started out well in the first half but we couldn't create anything for long periods in that half. For long periods we were just pinned down in our half. But the key was that we didnt let them create much as well, they had posseion but didnt didt use it very well. Untill the goal came in and just ruined everything.

The team came out from the dressing rooms and wanted to score a goal, but again wenger's gameplan was going perfectly and we were pinned in our half for a long time.We tried to push forward and it resulted in 2nd goal. We were losing the midfield battle, and the "inexperienced" arsenal midfield made ours look like little children running behind to get the ball.Untill the end when some players' nerves got the best of them and we finished the game with nine men.

-arsenal's 4-5-1 works perfectly with their style of fast counters and trying to win the ball by the midfield more not by the defense, they tried to push us as wide as the can, which should've been benefitial to us, however that wasnt true cuz mutu and camo couldn't get a cross in and zambro tried his best but off no prevail, and zebina didnt make one single overlapping run even in the 2nd half.

Gigi:Couldn't do much with the goals as the first he couldn't see at all, and the 2nd well he had no chance.Made a couple of saves that could well get us through to the next round(hopefully).Overall he had a good game.

Zambro:tried his best at all times, defending and attacking...Looked like the only there on the field that wanted to do something.Didnt give helb any spaces when he went wide.In juve's perspective he was best on field for the nite.

zebina:He played a very good first half, defensively i mean ofcourse. Then in the 2nd he was just baadddd.Henry just made a fool out of him.In the first goal he should've closed down cesc before thuram went to him. Finally he got sent off for two very quick fouls.Just a shame that he could start very well, and end up sooo bad.

Canna:made some excellent interventions towardss the end.But he drifted way too much out of position. But by himself he could've saved us a couple of times.I hope his injury isnt bad.

Thuram:Again like zebina he started out well, but eventually i knew that he couldn't keep up with the pace and he didnt. He made way too many mistakes and was always caught out of position.

Camo:he started out well in the 1st half but by the midway of that half, his performance decreased heavily. And signs of fatigue showed on him.Couldn't get any quality crosses in. Got himself a red card which could've been avoided, and i didnt appreciete the sarcasim on his way to the tunnel.

Mutu:for ppl here who r calling for this guy to be a playmaker, well this game just showed he can't do that, and he cant even play on the left wing.Young Eboue got the best of him for the 90mins. Very poor match.

puma:signs of fatigue just showed on puma this game, he was soo tired he couldn't get back to cover henry in the 2nd goal as he ran just infront of him and he just stopped.

viera:poor game, couldnt tackle properly, and lost the ball easily in the 1st goal. The pressure got to him, and at the moment gianni is a better choice imo.

ibra:he tried hard but his touch is just getting poorer by every game. And he can't pass a single defender for 90 mins.Although he was a bit positive, he was always 2nd best to that gunner backline.average game, and imo alex would've had a better game.

trezi:there was no service for him wat so ever, although he put himself in promising positions in a couple of times, but the passes were poor by the midfielders or ibra.

cap:well his biggest mistake was playing the starting 11 in the roma game.As it had the biggest effect on them..personally i didnt think it would have that toll on the players. His starting tactics were almost right but as the game progressed the team needed some change, any change especially changing mutu and camo.Chiellini's sub was very late, it needed to be a bit before even though putting him in midfield was wrong but we needed new blood.
Any other formation would've just doubled the score for arsenal so as i said before this was the best starting formation for the game.

-i dont like to talk abt refs. cuz i think its the excuse for the losers, but the ref. was just very poor for both side. But we got off on the worst end, as in the 2nd goal u would see the arsenal players playing the ball very fastly, and when juve did the samething he didnt allow it.And he gave away many weak fouls.

Abt the 2nd leg, i dont think that we could do this impossible task.I never been pessimistic all season, never but now i'm about this game. This game was the worst game i saw juve play since last year's 2nd leg with liverpool. It was just a shame, after this game ended i told my brother i wont watch the 2nd leg cuz it would depress me for whole week. But i changed my mind now and i will watch the game.

goodluck guys ur gonna needed it

I wonder how last nights match would have turned out if we would have played with Tacch and Maresca in central midfield.

that's what i was thinkin to. imagine maresca and a new coach next season. that would be great! some of the juve players are disgrace to the club, but most of all Capello is a curse for this club. Lets hope Milan take the scudetto to so we finally can get rid of the awful coach of ours. I'm tired of beeing humiliated in Europe. Capello is so fvicking overrated!

Has anybody here changed their opinion on Capello over the past couple months? I would seriously like to know.
Yes, I know Capello's tactics is ok for Serie A, but in Europe he is way out of his depth.

Have you been watching Lyon this season ?
There not even half as exciting as when they had Le Guen in charge.
He has just inherited a team full of exciting players.

and this is coming from a fan of Lyon (as that is where my family is from)

wonder where are the forza capello and forza zlatan ppl ....
Unless if a miracle happens with thanks to both capello and zlatan they certainly will continue to be criticised even if we win the scudetto. Especially as we stated the champions league was our priority and yet not to play even average in the last three matches in absolutely disgraceful.

Those are all Le Guen players though.

Yes, I agree, but his tactics is not negative isn't it...maybe not Houllier then, but anyone with an attacking mind would be good right now...
