Ciro Ferrara won't resign and feels he can turn Juventus around, but concedes he will “accept any decision” from the club.

“Evidently the 3-0 result is clear and came about through three set plays, something that has also cost us in other games. By that stage we didn't even have the strength to react,” he said of the 3-0 home defeat to Milan.

“This is a very difficult moment in which we tend to be punished at the first chance. It's true we didn't create much, but we also kept Milan down too and it took a dead ball situation to break the deadlock.”

“We tried to change and clearly it did not go well. I changed in part because of the players who were missing, so it was to some degree a forced decision. I opted to go down this path and take full responsibility.”

“I don't think that I risk my job. I am far more concentrated on what we need to do in order to turn around this negative situation,” noted Ferrara.

No, Ferrara. With this system you need good PLAYERS on the flanks who are actually used to PLAYING on the flanks.

You know, it's really scary what Ferrara says at times regarding tactics. I honestly think some people here have a better understanding of that part of the game than Ciro.

I'm not sure Turk.
Maybe, just maybe, he did want to quit but the directors asked him to stay (because they couldn't find a new coach and they don't want to appoint another inexperienced coach).

Probably not, but it's a possibility and since I don't know what's really happening, I won't blame him for not leaving.
