ferrara should change his tactics and let them play as a team i just hate the way they pass the ball forward to the strikers like its the last 5 mins and losing 1-0
they should pass the ball around often, they dont even know each other movements from this negative tactic, i believe if they play the ball around more they will start to build a style and start to find ways to attack.

it is rather sad to see how some posters regress to a child lie state in situations when Juve is **shock-horror** NOT WINNING. this is exactly the sort of thing we always derided Inter fans for,mocked Milan fans when they were up in arms at Leonardo's team earlier in the season.god how THEY must be laughing when reading this now
yes lets look at Sir Beetroot face,in the early days of his management career at Manure he was 1game away from the sack(an FA cup tie),he managed to win it and then won the FA cup,it would have been easy for him to walk away and it would have been easy for teh club to sack him.

exactly,if the players have stopped performing for a man that is a legend as a player,that is a friend to many and taht needs the help of the experienced pro's then it is not time to change management....it is time to clear out some of the players.
we seen it with Real Madrid,RAul,Carlos,Guti,etc did not like Del Bosque,they refused his training techniques,rebelled when dropped and staged a mutiny.....Del Bosque won them the CL and was sacked on teh back of "player power" it took a long time and a few coaches before Real realised their mistake...are we about to make the same one?

seriously though,if Ciro goes then i would love it if we brought in Hiddink,he is a man of great experience,plays attractive football and knows how to motivate players. however i fear that the problems are not symptomatic of a poor coach but a group of spoiled players who have forgotten what an honour it is to play for such a grand club and the responsibilities that come with wearing the jersey
you miss the point,after Real's players got rid of their first coach they had all the power and fucked their own chances of winning for a few years
the galacticos believed their own hype and thought that the coach just needed to be a patsy and they would win everything anyway,needless to say it failed. i fear we are heading teh same way,players who do not respect the coach,believe they are better than they really are and are sabotaging their own chances of success with their arrogance

ok, but in all honesty ... the only way to solve this is to put someone in front of the players who has already achieved something coaching-wise. its natural that they would not really listen to a n00b-coach like ferrara.

diego ? surely not. he does give his all.

camoranesi ? surely a candidate (he already showed often enough that it is ok for him to sit on the bench and earn the money without actually playing)
del piero ? i can not decide as of yet, but since he does not play... it might be not relevant
gigi ? i think he is a mature guy who only wants the best for the team and gives his all (no matter what coach we have).
melo ? he got his head screwed up and i dont know if that means he is arrogant or things he is better then the coach
grosso ? could be someone with that characteristics too. he just chose us for his last big contract before retirement.
amauri ? i think he is so pissed by the bad support he gets that you can not really evaluate his current displays as usual
what was i getting at ? ... aah, ok so i see only a few players that do fit that bill and the solution IS a change of coach for a better one. the situation of real madrid would fit to us, when we at least had a coach who knew a thing or two about football.

It is so easy to blame the coach. Last night's game more than any other of the past few games showed me that this goes way deeper than the coach. We have some players that stopped caring about the team. Whether they have a gripe with the coach, the playing group or the media and fans. With that they forgot how important the shirt they wearing and got encompassed by their own "problems".
If the players last night didn't play up to their potential because of the coach, then fuck them all because they don't deserve to wear this shirt. Coach can have a certain effect on the team but at some point these men need to step up, something many did not do against Catania.
I posted a list of available coaches, Vialli is an available coach. I'm not suggesting him for our managers job, infact i think he's a C### and if he ever got the managers job I would refuse to watch the games. There's nothing wrong with putting a list of names up, everyone is trying to think of who is available, and I want to know as well as I do not know the ins and outs of managers and their current locations
