Thats something that i agree with you on, The management made that choice and they better stick with it "atleast" till the end of the season. We don't want to turn to a new real madrid firing coaches in mid-season....
The expectations of the club are QF Champions League and Scudetto, if we get knocked out of the Cl in the group stage then he has failed to meet expectations, regardless of if he wins the scudetto, I see no reason to keep someone if they fail to meet their targets at th earliest oppourtunity

Till now, I dont see that much difference between our display last year and this year. Im not totally blaming ferrara but he still doesn't have a solid tactical scheme that fits our players.
The difference is that Ranieri was a coward who made the team play defensive, shit football. Ferrara is just clueless as for how he wants the team to play.

Diego: Ciro Ferrara Must Sort Out Our Problems After Bordeaux Loss

Even your players are fed up with your clumsiness :disagree:

Folks, we are all open to criticism but keep insults away. Take your insults as much as you want to the Live match thread when we play, but when it's over hold your horses.

We should give the man a time, be patient guys. Alex Ferguson himself had a horrible start in United in he's first season but things became better later.

Our management made this choice whether it's right or wrong we should back him up and hope for the best.

Wait till the end of this season and then judge him after that...

If we drop out of the CL and are 12 points beihnd Inter at christmas, do you think we should still give him time?

I don't want him sacked, I'm more than happy to have him as our manager until July, but IF he fails to meet his targets he should be fired, it's as simple as that.

Getting this team on track is not as easy as many here thinks. We have a new management (inexperience), new coach (inexperienced), set of new players where most of them are young plus we're playing with a new formation. It takes time for a team like that to click.

Mourinho is right in saying that italian clubs are not patient enough like the PL clubs.

There is no gurantees that ferrara will make it here but let's give the guy a season and then judge him.

If we're gonna fire the guy mid-season who will replace him then ?! Hidink, Our management needed a whole year to sign someone like Diego do you guys honestly think they can get hidink in a week or two during january ?!

And even if we sign him, is there any gurantees that we'll win anything this season with him ?!

People keep going back to the chelsea example and how hidink changed things there but they fail to recognize that chelsea's situation is totally different than us. The same chelsea that hidink took over was in the CL final just a year before scolari was hired not to mention all the league titles that they've won (as a team).

Majority of Our current players have won "nothing" yet. To find the right balance in this team plus restoring a winning mentality and confidence is not an easy task.

    Have faith in Ferrara....

laurent blanc? the man has done very well.

ciro ciro ciro....he isnt the man for the job
Neighbor's grass always seems greener than ours. You should have gone to Bordeaux forum and read about all the comment from 2 seasons ago.. then compare to Ferrara today..

Blanc did a really good job build their squad and team. He definitely has plan what kind of football he want to play. He has strong CB and pacey balanced FB also good AM that they can play high tempo attacking football. Ferrara only have this half season and still searching for the most suited formation for our team. The plan is to play with 4-3-1-2 in the beginning of the season but it seems he got it all wrong

Bring back the 4-3-1-2 with Ale, seemed like a good idea at the start of the season with a healthy ADP.

    Diego
    ADP-Trez/IQ/Amauri

    ....seems destructive to me

Is It only me or are Juve playing extremely boring lately? No guts, no attacking strategy. They seem like. "OH shit I got the ball!!! Where shall I pass it... AHH there's a player. I'll try to pass it over to him" What exactly are they working on at the Vinovo...???
