Oh my dearest Kyle...how fearful I am for your mental well being...There is clearly, for anyone with a rudimentary understanding of the english language, a massive, unavoidable difference, between suggesting that when we have a shortage of players for certain positions in a system we seem determined to stick with, that rather than replace them if they are playing poorly or become injured, with a player who is not at all suited to playing in that position, we stick in a youngster who performs the role in question for the youth team...AND...suggesting that we bench fit and flowing world class players and replace them with untried youngsters.

My suggestion of Immobile on the bench for this coming game against atalanta is far from what you have assumed I meant. If Trezeguet becomes injured, Iaquinta is OUT, Amauri is OUT...I do not see Del Piero as at all useful as a target man, bearing in mind his lack of physical strength and stature, as well as his fragile muscular state...it makes sense to have on the bench a player used to playing that position.

Its not exactly a genius tactical suggestion...simply one which other top level managers adopt. They have a player in their reserves or youth team, doing very well, and in their first team suddenly all their forwards are injured bar one...rather than play a Tiago in the role, they will have on the bench a youngster willing, eager, suited to the role, and potentially capable.

The difference is immense. For anyone but a mentally enfeebled stool pigeon...

As for how high was I when I made the suggestion? Not at all. I was and remain at work, employed in a job which demands mental clarity, assuredness in my work and a high level of responsibility...Because I am dealing with sensitive documents and information, often related to multi million $ development...blah blah blah....

A tip for you, young lady, is to READ a post before you reply to it. This will, in future, avoid such a worrying show of your lack of intellect and self restraint. I wish you luck in all that matters most...
Fyi, that was what I read of this post before losing interest

I was rightly asked his head when he was insisting on playing 4-3-1-2, and specially Sampdoria match, but after that he changed a lot, he realized his mistakes and he keeps playing with 4-2-3-1 with starting Giovinco as much as possible, so I eat my words even thou I had the right to think that way, and Forza Ciro

He keeps making mistakes, but he is improving day by day which is a positive sign!

BTW Conte is no better than Ferrara... I've watched two games for his team this season (Milan, Juventus) and I could hardly sense any team plan whatsoever.

They both need patience, time and experience.
please don't compare them! Conte doesn't have players what Ciro. He has very limited players!

Serie B, with Bari, you call that experience? Please don't bullshit
Okay.

Imagine you have a jigsaw puzzle for one year. You know how to put everything together to form the picture because you tried it more than once for a year. Your cousin comes over for the weekend. He solves the puzzle that took you a year to solve in 2 days.

You're Conte. Your cousin is Ciro.

Please don't insult Conte like that, he is a bianconero
