I'm not sure what's the point. The club has no money to recruit better and there's no one lined up. Fire Ciro, and it looks like we have to assign the water boy as our new head coach. That will do wonders for not only the results, but also the club credibility.
I don't understand how people think great replacement coaches just materialize on eBay or something.

He won't be fired cuz they won't fire 2 coaches in less then 8 months. Too bad he's going to be fired sooner or later, hopefully he won't cost us too much.
Too bad for Ciro that his career is over, I mean, who the hell is stupid enough to appoint Ciro as their coach when he's the worst coach in Juventus history? Smaller teams like Catania or Bologna?

His a coach ffs, your saying as if he needs some babysitting.
He could use his position in the club to demand that help from the board you are talking about. And besides, didnt the board make him the coach because he breads Juve, so i dont quite get the point.
There are many things wrong in this club, but if we had right now, lets say a Capello in our side, at least on the pitch, the team would deliver.
If the players are acting like pussies, then a proper coach, with authority, lets his thoughts known.
We are not improving, i am questioning the training methods Ciro uses, cause we look lost, slow out of place.
The players dont perform, they are just trying, kind of like: lets give it our best try, oh well, didnt work out, screw that, i am gona go and drive with my fancy new bugatti etc etc.
The team has training problems, fitness problems (not only injury but players conditions to give their best havent been improved in trainings).
What next? You want someone to come out and call for Ciros head?
Its obvious, Ciro isnt good enough, the players are loosing the interest cause things are going from bad to worse week by week.
They are loosing their motivation, cause when they still gave their all, it wasnt enough and look where we are now.

It really has to start at the top. That's where our winning mentality should come from. If the players saw the board pulling out all the stops in the name of victory they would be equally motivated I think.
But when you get a no one coach to lead you in the 'decisive year' when we can finally challenge for the scudetto then you'd probably be a bit disillusioned. IMO, this is going the same way Ranieri did last year. I don't think the players have any confidence in Ciro and it's really showing.

I don't really care, its his responsibility to make these guys to perform, Its his job to get the best out of them or else there wouldn't have been any need for teams to have coaches. We all know they are elite players but its his responsibility to make them play on that level. I would have been totally ok with it if we had a poor squad but we don't.
The point is that at matches like today's the best coach in the world cannot overcompensate a team that, as Buffon stated, played like it didn't deserve to win.
A coach can do a lot to get his players to bring their game. But once the whistle blows, the players have to deliver for themselves. They are not. Slapping in a new coach on that doesn't solve that.
