Ferrara needs to go...

The team don't play like a team. Everytime Diego, Del Piero, Camoranesi, Melo get the ball they just run up the field as fast as they can...
Just stop - look up - play the ball past players like van Bommel... It's a disaster and Ferrara is in charge of it...
I love Ferrara as a player but he is not a manager...

The project of turning Grande Juve to average Juve. Its so sad...
i stated this a long time ago when were in the middle of our season in Serie B --

its gonna take about 5 years for us to get back on top after promotion -- and now it seems that we are on that exact timeline

we get a real Coach, we can turn this shit around...the kind of talent we have in our team, it demands success
i think you give our talent pool a bit too much credit. too many holes and weaknesses which cannot be masked or compensated for. i agree that a good coach would maximize even the most barren talent pool but in Juvnetus' case its a lose-lose. poor coach and average talent.

now really ahmed, what talent do we have? gk: wc no doubt, back: 1 wc (chiello), rest of them pathetic, no talent there, 0...mid: the more i'm seeing melo, the more i can't belive that the rats got that score for him, sissoko is indeed wc, marchisio is a bright young lad that would do good, and diego, maybe with a new coach, in rest we're poor, gio is a talent that can attack but can't defend. In attack we have talent in iq imo..he's better than amauri everyday. Dp is getting old and you can't really rely on him. Trezeguet is a talent but won't count on him the next year cuz he will leave.

So what to challenge with this team man ? cuz without sissoko and chiellini we're doomed ? I donno what to say anymore, maybe i'm to harsh.

option 1:

Buffon

Cathereth - Traitor - Chiellini - Grosso

Marchisio/Melo

Camoranesi - Sissoko

Diego

Amauri/Trezeguet - Del Piero (c)

option 2:

Buffon

Cathereth - Traitor - Chiellini - Grosso

Sissoko - Marchisio/Melo

Camoranesi - Diego - Giovinco

Amauri/Trezeguet

that is a fuckin' Scudetto-winning team, and at the very least CL QFs

Nah yo, we the fans should give Ferrera till the end of the season. It is always expected that having an in-experienced coach was always going to be downhill for us but we need a change, and Ferrera is still that guy! He needs to learn from him mistake bro. 5 months ago, all of you wanted Ferrera and all of you knew he was an in-experienced coach, then why would you still want him. Give him time, he needs to learn from his mistakes, it's only natural...his passion for Juve is there, we can see it from our television screens..

EDDY! you back in the UAE?!

dude, getting knocked out of the CL group stage is not downhill, it's rock fuckin' bottom...there is absolutely NO WAY you can justify such an utter and total failure.

i agree that we should give ferrara the benefit of the entire season. we won't find a viable replacement who will change the course of our season midway through it.

also we need to fix the team before we hire another coach otherwise we'll just keep running around in this vicious circle we have been in

Haha nah bro, not yet! Still need to finish off some finals here..

I agree, getting knocked out of CL is the worst thing to ever happen for a team like Juve.

  thats probably the best logic. either we take a long term action now by hiring some one wc to manage the team or we grit our teeth until the end of the seaosn when we can get some one worthy of managing juve so he can have his time to access the players we have, the players to get rid off, and the players he'd like to buy instead of wasting millions on players that the manager does'nt know how to fit in his philosphy or tactics.
