It wasn't quite the David vs Goliath contest some of the media portrayed here, especially with how shit PSG have started the season, but it was good seeing domestic players score rather than just expensive foreigners.

It's 2023 and people still watch this :lol2:
sometimes i wish i watched some matches after learning the results or watching some highlights. for example i bet those who watched the napoli real game had some fun. i mean just look at this, what an absolute beauty of a shot, and it's against napoli, and at the end of the day it's an own goal too:

then i remember it's uefa.

Lol

As if we can do anything Newcastle did in this game. Pressing high up the pitch at times, outworking the opposition, accurately passing under pressure.

We'd sit back in our own third until Mbappe done something special to win the game 1-0 if we were lucky.
A lot of the Newcastle players that played last night were pre Arab ownership especially the back line minus trippier, freaking almiron looked like a world class player last night. Lascelles looked class too. This comes down to good management which is more than what can be said about allegri

Also due to the fact Newcastle hadn't played a CL home fixture for 21 seasons and there was feverish enthusiasm building up to it.

That's just geordies in general just mad football fans but you can see what Eddie Howe is doing in such a short space of time without going stupidly mad with money, he's one of the few English managers I actually rate given his work at Bournemouth, they have an identity which is more than what can be said about Allegri 2.0

the good news about psg and manu sucking is it increases the chances of them brining freedom to juventus and taking away allegri

I don't see him leaving Italy for work tbh. He spends all his free time soaking up the sun in his yacht with the company of bad MILFs

He's basically retired and just shows up to get every dollar from his contract.

i see no reason to expect this
maybe it seems unlikley but my theory is based on that these two teams are running out of big name coaches they could go for

only available options are:
klopp
guardiola
naglesman
conte
zidane
allegri

doublt klopp, guardiola or zidane would coach those teams. that leaves the rest

i bet his horses are the most important thing in his life

i don't see him leaving on his own before his contract expires. money won't motivate him otherwise he would have accepted that saudi offer

it would take a proper president to make him leave
