Agree again, but we didn't deserve to go through? We deserved to go through as much as our opponents and given the close overall score, it wouldn't have been undeserved if we ended up as winners, come on. We failed at beating those teams comfortably, we failed at beating them by a single goal margin, but we could have done that last part if those calls were made in our way.
We should have tried more Vs Ajax and Lyon and should have scored a third goal Vs Porto, we should have been better from open play, but the fact is we still managed to get to some situations that could and should have resulted in penalties, and penalties are part of football too, part of strategies even...
Again, we weren't at our best in any of those games and even if we qualified for the next round we probably would have been beaten, but in our case referees played a major role in our CL knockout games, not just last three years but also between our two finals, with Real and Bayern too.
All those five eliminations are due to Juve not playing good or top football all 180 minutes, but Morata's goal qualified us Vs Bayern and the penalty Vs Cuadrado in the first leg would have given us a huge advantage and in worst case extra time Vs Real... We could have been better in those games, in all those games in last 7 years, but a simple situation could change the outcome of a game and a simple situation did change the outcome of all those games, all of them not in our favour...
Again, it's our fault, we weren't at the top of our game, but some clubs get their calls when they need them and some clubs don't. We are the second type of clubs.
