Imagine a penalty and a red not given Vs Ajax in first leg, imagine a penalty not given Vs Lyon in first leg and imagine two penalties not given Vs Porto in both legs... Oh, wait, that actually happened, and nevermind how poor we were, those incidents decide the outcome of a game... Just saying...
Imagine going from Allegri to Chain Smoking Canceh to Pirlol aka Thesis - yup, that happened.

Real have a rich history. They have footballing culture - they're a fucking institution.

They were winning titles before you were sucking on your mama's titties.

PSG, City and even the little blue fuckers from London epitomize what's wrong with modern football.
Wohooo, started buying titles a little earlier. Big fuckin deal.

This obsession with oldness is getting boring. Shit changes, deal with it.

Oldness? Ok Noob.

I don't mind teams building for success. That's why I respect Bayern, and teams like Atalanta and even Liverpool (because you know, they have history).

Not all change is good.

Even in that case 94m for him was retarded. A rare but expensive mistake from Beppe.
Yeah. I don’t disagree with that. Not as retarded as ManU spending 105 mil on Pogba and giving him double Higgy’s wages. We just wanted to make them feel better about being stupid.

I’d say 75-80mil would have been a fair price for Higgy one year earlier.

Imagine having the GOAT and losing to Ajax, Lyon & Porto :(
Ajax where a good side lost to spurs in last second of match. Goat or not you cant surround him with mostly shite and expect him to pull hatricks each tie to advance and then also then decide to give no coach aswell on top.

PSG have match winners all over, veratti who is a top level midfielder and they have had top coaches aswell.

Lol Bayern? A club literally served by an entire country? Atalanta? Havent won shit yet, and probably wont until they get the money somehow, Liverpool? Yeah they bought too.

Your criteria is bullshit based on fairytale stereotipes that Ceferin is abusing too.

To win you need money and no one cares where it comes from. Sad but true.

Yep, we are both stagnating and declining at the same time (as ridiculous as it sounds) since Max, the club is to blame for that and should be held accountable...

However, no matter how we sucked in those particular games, there were incidents that didn't go our way for some reason, they all looked like they could and should have gone in our way and when you draw the line, they could and would have made a difference in a knockout game...

Juventus is at fault for not knocking out Ajax, Lyon and Porto comfortably, but there were other factors that played a major role in all those games, that's a fact.

We probably would have been eliminated in the next round in all those seasons if we played like that though...

Some incidents didn't go our way, but based on overall balance of play and performance, we didn't deserve to go through.

Against Lyon, we didn't try hard enough, and this year, we could've pushed, especially after scoring the 2nd goal and Porto being reduced to 10 men - we really should've finished them off in regulation.

Bayern built their success over time. Yes, they've recently become more powerful, but that wasn't always the case. I wish we could follow their model, instead of hiring incompetent buffoons to fuck around with our finances.

Atalanta's entire budget is worth 1.2 Ronaldos - let that sink in.

Liverpool haven't spent insane amounts of money - they've built their success over the years.

You need money to win, but some of these teams are abusing the system and it isn't fair.

Fair enough, but how is Real not the GOAT abuser?
Think about it, they were/are literally buying the best players in the world, groomed by other teams with hard work.
They have taken credit for Ballon d'Ors that had absolutely nothing to do with them (Figo, R9, Cannavaro).
Supporting them over PSGs and Citys just because of the date (of the same practice)? No, thanks.

I will give you other big clubs, but Real is simply disgusting, they were never building shit, just buying.

Liverpool built slowly at first but spent a small fortune in the last couple years before winning CL. World record fees on Van Dijk and Allison. 60 mil on Naby Keita, 50 on Fabinho. Where they did fantastic shrewd business was the forwards. So cheap for the production they got from that trio those first couple years.

but I still agree with you 100%. How teams like Liverpool, Bayern, Juve (pre-2018) have built is admirable and impressive.

What PSG, ManCity, ManU etc are doing is abusing the system and ruining football. It’s a joke.

Also, we mostly got knocked out by Ajax because of a third of the team being out injured and having an aging, slow as fuck squad, unable to handle the athletic, hard pressing, drive of a very talented Ajax.

Lyon, we got knocked out by because we just sucked ass, not due to Lyon being good or anything like it. That first match, the 1-0 loss was a massive embarrassment.

Agree again, but we didn't deserve to go through? We deserved to go through as much as our opponents and given the close overall score, it wouldn't have been undeserved if we ended up as winners, come on. We failed at beating those teams comfortably, we failed at beating them by a single goal margin, but we could have done that last part if those calls were made in our way.

We should have tried more Vs Ajax and Lyon and should have scored a third goal Vs Porto, we should have been better from open play, but the fact is we still managed to get to some situations that could and should have resulted in penalties, and penalties are part of football too, part of strategies even...

Again, we weren't at our best in any of those games and even if we qualified for the next round we probably would have been beaten, but in our case referees played a major role in our CL knockout games, not just last three years but also between our two finals, with Real and Bayern too.

All those five eliminations are due to Juve not playing good or top football all 180 minutes, but Morata's goal qualified us Vs Bayern and the penalty Vs Cuadrado in the first leg would have given us a huge advantage and in worst case extra time Vs Real... We could have been better in those games, in all those games in last 7 years, but a simple situation could change the outcome of a game and a simple situation did change the outcome of all those games, all of them not in our favour...

Again, it's our fault, we weren't at the top of our game, but some clubs get their calls when they need them and some clubs don't. We are the second type of clubs.

I guess what he is trying to say (as I also agree),, that Juve not going through against Ajax, Lyon and Porto even due away goal or small margin,, is a deserved result.. if first class team fail to pass those,, regardless how close the score was,, it is deserved result..

Also.. we even did not dominate or played the football against all 3 of them.

I’m not sure what’s surprising about that statistic?

We all know that Americans would dominate this sport if they truly cared about it.

The first group of people to ever walk on the moon

They are the master race for a reason.
If the US could figure out how to steal the technology to dominate football like they stole from Germany to go to the moon, then yes we sure would be #1 right now.
