Cant wait to hear Vialis excuses after this one. But okay the tie is definitely not over yet, can City get the away goal and not concede more there is still an open match for the return leg.

But seriously Pep  He just never learn :touched:
To think that he might coach us in a few years :inter:

Nobody bar Hist thought Salah was good enough for Juve last summer.

I disagree because a meh GK, defense and midfield wouldn't have you 3rd in England and in 1/4 of the CL.

Once they start rolling they are a machine IMO. And they've been rollin' for quite some matches this season.
Our defense is about another solid cb from being alright. VVD is really good. Robertson is really good. Alexander-arnold is promising. If Clyne comes back to be as solid as he was before... look out.

lol no. Klopps teams suit us well tactically, just as Peps teams suit Klopp well
:agree:

Allegri thrives against speedy counterattacking teams. Just cedes possession, shuts up shop, and let's all their pace go to waste.

He struggles against well-rounded teams that can play both possession and counterattack, that can break down organized defences and also attack with pace when our defense gets stretched.

This Liverpool side would have anally ruptured our defence. I can’t believe that some of us wanted them in the round of 16.
Didn’t make any difference. We would have got tonked by any of the others. I said to a mate of mine after the Spurs game. I wanted to knock Spurs out purely for the fact that my life would have been hell here as they’ll come out crawling from under their rocks giving it large if they’d knocked us out. However I did say that whoever we got after will beat us and convincingly. So I’m taking the rough with the smooth here.

So you're saying Allegri struggles against good teams.

IMO that's not on Allegri but on our team. Allegri would destroy Europe in a top team.
