I never said it wasnt fair? What I said was that after the 2-2 goal in this match, it was nearly game over. Chasing a result 10 vs 11 is nearly impossible.

Btw Robbens chance was cleared on the line by Marcelo just before Lewandowski scored, so we did create some :p
I keep thinking you're Bombardier aka Burke with that avatar

obviously they won't get out of the group stage, no amount of money can change that, but buying the right to host tournament will have been enough
I wouldn't go putting money on anything regarding that tournament, especially if it stays in the summer. You'd have similar results trying to guess who'd win if it was played on the moon. Maybe Africans and Arabs will have advantage in terms of climate adaptation and it might be more significant than the one Bolivian players have at home. Add to that a very helpful referee and they might just outdo South Korea.

Meh Qatars only hope is to pay a bunch of impoverished South American youngsters to nationalize. If they can replace their team with S. American mercenaries than maybe.

Whats interesting is the people who think the competition is somehow fixed yet keep watching it, masochistic much?
It's strange. It's perfectly fine and legit to be pissed about a bad decision from a ref when it happens, and ya know in the aftermath of a game. Part of fandom and being passionate about the sport. I readily admit to it myself.

Bizarre to continue watching a sport that you think is illegimate and fixed. It's not the complaining about ref decisions in the heat of the moment that makes people sound like Napoli and Roma fans, it's when people are still bitching about them a year later, or using them to promote conspiracy theories about how the games are rigged in favour of certain teams. And even if refs favour attacking teams more with how the rules are enforced today, doesn't mean they favour those teams, just that the rules are stacked in favour of certain playing styles, which every single team has the ability to play.

Oh well. I was pissed in the immediate aftermath of Barca and Bayern the last two years, but that quickly fades to understanding that they took their chances and won because of it, and we didn't, regardless of refs. And as shown today, these things balance out over time.

Ronaldo had a double foul for the second goal. Not only was it offside but it was also a handball when he controlled it.

3 refs and none of them could spot even one of the fouls.

It seems as if their name is already on the trophy this season.
That would suck, a repeat win AGAIN from them would make their fanbase a little more difficult to bear with. :snoop: :mut:

Lol no im not, but I can change it if its confusing
Sorry for your elimination, not the proper way to go out of the competition.

Your reasoning is hilarious. Bayern was actually the more attacking team. I find your "refs favour attacking teams" bigger agenda over neutral fans here questioning questionable decisions. Real under Zidane actually play some defensive football at times.

Regarding the general topic, i dont even watch that much games outside Juve. I only watch 1-2 other knockout games and final in CL. But on paper Real-Bayern is a massive tie even as a neutral. And how can u not get upset when Real has 2 offside goals and Bayern has a player sent off questionable fashion. I am watching the game for the beauty of the game and the tactical setups and challenges. Not ref being the MOM and failing to deliver in the important moments.

This is what i dont get with you and GordoDeCentral. Im not wacthing football for referees. I watch football cause of my interest and passion in the game, not the ref decisions. Every now and then there is a game where ref controversial decision decide a game. I dont see into future. How im supposed to know what happens prior to game? Of course you get fed up when ref decision played a major part in the outcome.

That brings me on to this whole video tech thing and replays. We are in 2017. Tabs and iphones and other modern tech has been around for decade now. Im not myself sure how this would work out, but if they wanted, we should have had the video replay technology already the last 5 years. For some reason, we dont...makes you wonder why.
