What pisses me off is the fact that Barca and Real are considered superior teams to any other team and yet they are given favors by referees. If they are as good as they pretend to be they'd still win it if the decisions go against them! Normally, generally smaller teams should be given a little bit of ref help. I agree it was Evra to blame for away game to Bayern but if Morata goal was not disallowed then no one would be talking about Evra. These decisions decide the game. It's hard to keep on playing after such injustices, it's human factor such as temper, desperation, deconcentration. Some would say they're professional but they're not robots. In the other thread some member was telling about Morata having a bad form due to a break up. I dont think matches are fixed or rigged but some teams are getting the upper hand in the last 10 years or more.

Lets not forget that even Atletico Madrid won in Spain thanks to a no penalty penalty vs Leicester, foul was outside box, Griezzman dives into box and tricks ref in the process. These spanish side calls are getting ridiculous regardless if you believe or not in these agendas.

What a tedious poster.

Offsides are fucked up all the time. Costa running back there and putting Ronaldo onside a split second later doesn't make that an easy call. Just like last year the linesman calling Morata offside when he was over metre onside did not help us against Bayern.

It's boring to listen to conspiracy nonsense about things being rigged.

It's strange. It's perfectly fine and legit to be pissed about a bad decision from a ref when it happens, and ya know in the aftermath of a game. Part of fandom and being passionate about the sport. I readily admit to it myself.

Bizarre to continue watching a sport that you think is illegimate and fixed. It's not the complaining about ref decisions in the heat of the moment that makes people sound like Napoli and Roma fans, it's when people are still bitching about them a year later, or using them to promote conspiracy theories about how the games are rigged in favour of certain teams. And even if refs favour attacking teams more with how the rules are enforced today, doesn't mean they favour those teams, just that the rules are stacked in favour of certain playing styles, which every single team has the ability to play.

Oh well. I was pissed in the immediate aftermath of Barca and Bayern the last two years, but that quickly fades to understanding that they took their chances and won because of it, and we didn't, regardless of refs. And as shown today, these things balance out over time.

:agree: It looks so clear on the still, but in real life it happens all so fast if you don't have slow motion.

I even thought it was legit til i saw the replay.

Yep, now Atletico have finally joined to the club. So to beat Farca, RM or Atletico now you have to beat the ref first. UEFA fraud with spanish teams is just ridiculous
