After seeing the response that the "Shut up" campaign got, I came up with the idea of the "Cassano ??? NO THANK YOU" movement

Here's how it started-

I was watching the Coppa game today, and noticed how badly Cassano was playing. I began to think about just how many good games he has had this season.... It took me the entire game , and I couldnt come up with one.

Then, at the end of the game, when Galliani and co. were giving out the second place medals, Cassano steps up to get his, and instead of being respectful and acting like a good loser by letting them put it around his neck, like the rest of the Roma players did, this asshole grabs it from the presenter and storms off....

WE DONT NEED THIS RETARD ON OUR TEAM !!!!!

Thats when I had a vision- The Cassano ?? NO THANK YOU !!!!! movement

We dont need this shit disturber on our team. He will be mentioned more for his off field antics in the media rather then his play on the pitch.

We have DP, Zlatan, and Mutu. We dont need this punk on our team !!

Cassano ???

NO THANK YOU !!!!!!
my hero! :touched:

he is one of the more needed players
no he is not needed, with all the good forwards we have..

instead of buying another forward, maybe we should get a playmaker .

Zalayeta - Going. Perhaps. We don't know that for certain until he does though.
Del Piero - Past it. Your opinion. Given that he's our top goalscorer this season, I disagree.
Trez - inconsistent. Only because he was injured so much. When he's in physical shape, few do it better. Scoring that is.

It may be my opinion, but Martin tell me is Del Piero better then anyone else Juve could of brought? Is he more influential then anyone else in the world? If you cant say yes to both of those, then he is past it, he may sometimes "still be able to do it", but that isnt good enough for a top team.

Whether he's better than Cassano or Mutu doesn't really affect the question of whether he can supply goals or not. To that the answer is decidedly yes he can. And does.

Would I rather have Mutu or Cassano in his place? No, I'm sentimental, I'd rather have him than swap him for someone a bit better as long as he's still up to it. And bench him if he's not in shape, he always returns to prove a point.

I respect that Martin, I am sentimental too, but it still proves my point, its not up to me to decide who Juve buy, frankly I couldnt care less, but he is no-longer the player he was, you could say he is past it, simply because he used to be amazing, not he isnt.

I'd say he's still the player he was. He's not at his best anymore but just like Ronaldo will never be as dazzling as he was 8 years ago, it's time people stop reminding us of Del Piero anno 98. Rather focus on Del Piero 2001-2005 because that's whom he is now and that's probably the player we're gonna have until his age starts getting in his way.

EDIT: to that end..

It works both ways.
thats right, but in juve's case, its probably that our srikers are not scoring as much as they should due to the absence of a pure playmaker, a player whos able to build up scoring chances for our forwards.

yep me 2

sorry nicole :D

and intul now you cant compare cassano to delpiero .
at the age as antonio delpiero did everything and more.
won everything on Club football and probally deserfed the golden ball(they were thinking delpiero get his change no worry )
but they had to give the ball to him because look at his career he deserf that ball on his trophy wall

so intul now Delpiero over cassano

if cassano joins Juventus wins the champions leageu more dan once wins the scudetto more than 6time's and win the wordlcup with italy than we can talk again ;)
