Llorente and Tevez (providing these reports are not bogus, are true and he passes the medical) would be a great starting tandem. All I can say is that I'm already feeing far more optimistic about next season should this all pan out favourably. What Juve need to do now us sell off a few fringe players, such as PDC, Matri, Motta, Martinez, maybe Isla and Melo (providing we cannot convince the latter to stay) and one of Vucinic, Gio or Quag; and throw everything at Higuain and possibly a LB in the form of Kolarov or Criscito. Of we need more depth at CB we really should bring Sørensen back into the fold..

Forza Juve!! And God I hope this is true...

Juventus have agreed a fee for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez, according to Sky sources.

Officials from the two clubs met in London on Tuesday to hammer out the deal and Tevez will now travel to Italy on Wednesday for a medical and to discuss personal terms with the Serie A champions.

Juventus are set to pay a flat fee of around £10m for the 29-year-old Argentina international with some additional bonus payments also agreed.

City will now search for a replacement striker for Tevez - as they have only Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko on their books - although Napoli's Edinson Cavani is reportedly not one of their targets.

Tevez joined City from their local rivals Manchester United for £47m on a five-year contract on July 14, 2009, and has since made 148 appearances for the club, scoring 74 goals.
