He had 63 apperances and 19 goals. Wow he seems like a world class player. as i said it was common knowledge, but you can read his auto biography if you prefer, where he slates capello for abandoning him through his development at roma, relating to the fact that capello didnt give cassano the much needed father figure that he craved for. The guy has been growing up in loneliness and uncertainty for years under the spot light of pressure from the romanisti and madrid crowd which he couldn't handle, its only now that he is married that he is far more settled as a person.

He did grew up in one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in the area, which is I dare to say more dangerous than Bari.

Though he did have his parents.
