better technically, scores more, has stronger mentality, what else do you want to know?
He scores more? Based on wiki stats, Tevez has a goal per 2.33 games in senior football while Rooney has 2.35. And Rooney is scoring more and more as the seasons go by (improving his rate). He is younger by 2 years and has played more games and scored more goals than Tevez.

Rooney is actually a protagonist in winning title after title for United--the best player at the 2nd (if not, 3rd) strongest club in the world. Tevez is jumping from club to club being "unhappy" and talented. Nice. And talent is subjective. Tevez is more technically gifted while Rooney is more complete. Means fuck all at the end of the day really because you be as talented as Quaresma and be a loser. Stronger mentally? Again debatable, but it's not like Rooney is an Aquilani. He is a real leader for his team.

Btw, I don't like Rooney.

based on stats tevez scored more in less games, there no debate on whether tevez is more gifted technically or has stronger mental attribute than rooney, so i leave it up to you to use obscure description like 'complete', i dont care if tevez is jumping or lunging from one club to the other this has no bearing on the question. And even if it was your homeboy rooney too threw a hissy fit and didnt want to play. As for leadership, i wonder who was leading man city last year to thei best season in the last 60 years.

Btw, i never understood people who dont like 'good' players. what is there not to like??

whats realy funny is everyone who was opposed to us getting him, is taking it really personal, and calls all kind of names, shows you the level of their analysis
And your analysis is so much better. Basically all you offered in your glorious praises for Tevez is one big nothing. I would rather bring Giovinco back and give him more freedom upfront alongside Vucinic and Matri then wasting money on Tevez and giving him10M+ salary just so he can demonstrate his temper once more. You sound like his wife. Stop playing FM that much.

It's like when they say "Oh yes, Berbatov was the top scored in the league but he got all his goals against the bottom dwellers"... Not saying that about Tevez, but when you want to say the difference between them is goal ratio and that difference is only 0.02, then it's not much of a difference considering that a lot of Rooney's goals come in top level football like CL... and he's younger and improving his scoring ratio each passing season. So yeah, that 0.02 doesn't say much.

If Tevez was so strong mentally, he wouldn't be an outcast right now, would he? Look, Rooney is being important, winning things. Tevez is looking good, winning a few games here and there. There's a reason for that. Rooney has the tools to be and stay at a top club and be pivotal. Tevez is a little kid who is under achieving. His talent could take him to the best clubs to win shit, but now it looks like that won't happen.

And I don't like Rooney because I'm biased. If he comes Juve, I will probably adore him.
