Apparently on Friday in Buenos Aires. 2-3 thousands, maybe even more. Is gonna demonstrate for Carlos Tevez. They want him in the World Cup squad.

Not sure if this is true.

iirc Tevez was very popular there. They admire his character of a warrior, wich is something most of argentina's NT is missing.

And thats a dire shame, cause argentina used to be that side that was allways halffull of players that would go all exitus acta probat on the opponent.

Imagine the likes of Aguero, Higuain, Tevez and Messi backed by that monster of a defence and midfield they had late 90ties

Holy fuck

it's understandable, he deserves to be there.

Has the man himself made any comments about wanting or not wanting to go to the World Cup?

As fantastic as Argentina's strikeforce is. It's clear that the only thing keeping Tevez out of the squad is problems with the coach/Messi

Tbh as exceptional as Messi is, his workrate has went from sub-standard to downright pathetic recently for Barca. If that's anything to go buy for the National Team, no wonder people want Tevez there, who gives his all for the team.

They like the fact he is of them and didn't change even after becoming rich. Like Maradona before him. Hence why he's called Jugador del Pueblo. Messi will never get the same love as he does but then he couldn't care less for the Argentine people.
