Yup.

People seem somewhat surprised, as if he has played his best game ever today. While in reality today was fairly easy for him, he has played & will play far better games.

I guess a lot of people have gotten used to Canna-Legro at the back. If you compare either one of that duo with Giorgio, the difference is always gonna be enormous.

It's weird for us to have joy over a player like Chiellini performing to his normal standard, when the rest of the team, no let's even say squad, are underperforming?

He did his job, and did so very well. None of the other defenders seem to be able to do what he does, or come even close.

It might not have been so difficult for Killini, but he still did it really really well.

Let us have some fun in bad times, please don't analyze this bit of hope away, he was awesome, godlike.
