It would be impossible from a legal point of view. Let's say the FIGC agrees and gives Juventus the scudetti back. The FIGC were also responsible for Juve's relegation back in 2006. If they now say Juventus did not do anything wrong, they have no basis to justify that forced relegation anymore. No one can deny that the relegation cost us a lot of money. So if the FIGC gives us our scudetti back and we sue them for compensation, they'd have to give it to us.
Not if this was all settled via an outside court settlement. Juventus get their Scudetti back and FIGC end up the whole lawsuit affair and damage claims once and for all. Everybody wins.

Except for inter ofcourse but those pigs had it coming for years now.

If we get the scudetti it means we did nothing wrong in the courts eyes so we should definitely seek damages.
That's why, unless a settlement is agreed, no court is going to instruct the FIGC to award us the scudetti. If it is proven that no wrongdoing occurred, Juventus will need to compensated. In most civil law countries, and I'm guessing Italy too, the compensation needs to cover the actual damage. The actual damage here is easily in the hundreds of millions. It could effectively bankrupt Italian football (which in the long run wouldn't even benefit us either).
