I think Juve's only hopes are dependent on the Naples trials. Does anybody seriously think that the FIGC is going to come out and say "Ooops, sorry, we fucked up in 2006. We'll make it all better now and make it up to you." No way they're going to admit that they themselves created this mess. My guess would be that they'll wait for the outcome of the Naples trial and play their cards from there. For all we know, despite all the evidence being presented, the courts may not clear Moggi. And if Moggi is deemed guilty by the court despite the evidence, the FIGC would stand by the 2006 trials, irrespective of the illegitimacy of it. On the other hand, if the courts declare Moggi innocent, they will have a big pickle to deal with. But I feel sure that they would not want to jump the Naples court gun and express an opinion before that as its not in their interest, especially if they believe that they can keep everything as is if Moggi isn't cleared.
