That means if we win this year we get three stars???

Sick
We'll be putting a third star on our jersey with the next scudetto win... whether we get the two revoked titles back, or not. That's been the plan for quite awhile... I remember Blanc talking about that a couple seasons ago.

Man, would those titles ever be sweet. :xfinger:

It would also be sweet if the FIGC paid for our new stadium...

So what's everyone excited about? I know that Moggi presented more evidence and Andrea is asking for the scudetti, but are we closer to anything? I've been reading the news and its the usual stuff?

Do I have to give back the wild ass parties I had when we won in 2005 and 2006. Man! Now I have to box up all those great feelings and drunken rampages and give them to the guy who was crying? And crying guy has to pretend to be happy? Wow!

In mars-april 2011 the verdict from Naples will come. And seriously, I dont see how they are going to sentence Moggi for non-existent art.6-infractions, especially now with all this focus from Juventus and the media on what's going on in the courts.

In 2 july 2006 Cobolli Gigli said that Juventus didnt commit any art.6-infractions, only minor art.1.

In 2007 Gigli reiterated that statement in an saying that Juventus only was sentenced for small infractions and nothing serious.

Only what then was definied as a "conspiracy-nutjob" could make such statements.
Today, 2010, it has become mainstream to repeat those words. I call that progress.

There is too much focus on Naples for the sentence to be unjust this time. Therefore I am expecting a happy Luciano Moggi when the trial ends. But if they somehow choose to cling on to the previous sentence, then that would be okay only if Inter gets raped.

This time there is no room for injustice. Either Moggi gets cleared or Inter gets Serie B. Either way I am happy. Moggi will most certainly appeal though.

There really isn't that much focus on what's happening in Naples, sadly.

I do agree with you that there should be much more focus, but the point was that there is a focus which I for one never thought would exist when the trial begun. But when the new calls surfaced, immeditaley that changed because it forced the media to report what was going on. The reporting from TuttoSport has been exceptional for example. Alvaro Moretti clearly defends Moggi and attacks Facchetti and Inter in his reporting which clearly influence people, atleast those from Torino who reads the paper.

On top of that Juventus have made statements celebrating Moggi, and are now demanding the scudetto from 05/06 revoked. And now recentley also clearly stated that they will fight for the two titles to be restored. That stuff influence the public.

If you remeber, I dont know exactly who it was, but the infamous GSOL reported about it along time ago. One of the judges said something like this: "We listened to what the common people said and tried to interpret the publics feelings". Apparentley in Italy the public influence the courts decision to judge fairley or not. And right now the public is demanding justice and Moggi cleared.

We will se how it goes, I choose to be optimistic for now and only time will tell.

Avanti Lucianone!
