Early months of 2011 we could be getting our titles back "officially"
Finally. All this hope and optimism will finally do me some good.
I already feel excited.
It's about damn time. Too many here have been too negative over this for too long.
First results are due early 2011 and the FIGC might get involved
Not sure if it's good that the FIGC are getting involved? Mark? :shifty:
Inter to Serie B at the end of the season?
:agree:
1.)titles
2.)200m
3.)Inter to B
4.)Public apology
5.)another 100m just to sue because we can. The 200m is comp we have missed.
inter is getting away with everything man..only fines or maybe people sent out of football for some years but no demotion. I'm sure about that...
Are you sure about that? Because 4 months ago everyone (minus a few) have been so sure that we won't get anywhere with this. I wouldn't be so sure anymore buddy.
It won't really make a difference to me. I already count it as 29. Compensation and full public apology and explanation to the media would be nice.
I'd like the media to apologize along with the leauge, Inter, and Telecom.

It would be easier for the FIGC to relegate Inter than to give us titles back and compensation.

They could just think well Inter would be back after one season while paying us compensation will bankrupt the league.

The FIGC, though I don't think they have that kind of money. Inter will not go to Serie B if we are compensated because for us to get compensated it will have to be based on "everyone was innocent" principle.

I don't know which verdict will be tougher for the FIGC, "everyone guilty" or "everyone innocent". Either coughing up something in the excess of 200 million euros or punishing half the division and therefore making it less competitive which f%cks up the UEFA ranking even more.

I think Juve's only hopes are dependent on the Naples trials. Does anybody seriously think that the FIGC is going to come out and say "Ooops, sorry, we fucked up in 2006. We'll make it all better now and make it up to you." No way they're going to admit that they themselves created this mess. My guess would be that they'll wait for the outcome of the Naples trial and play their cards from there. For all we know, despite all the evidence being presented, the courts may not clear Moggi. And if Moggi is deemed guilty by the court despite the evidence, the FIGC would stand by the 2006 trials, irrespective of the illegitimacy of it. On the other hand, if the courts declare Moggi innocent, they will have a big pickle to deal with. But I feel sure that they would not want to jump the Naples court gun and express an opinion before that as its not in their interest, especially if they believe that they can keep everything as is if Moggi isn't cleared.
