Oh God I am sick of explaining myself to people :sergio:

First of all, I didn't feel insulted, but rather attacked for my thoughts and for no reason just like you described it.. (in post 4982 I wanted to edit the "insult" word in the last line, but didn't bother later, maybe I should, I could use that here as evidence in our court now :shifty: )

No I wasn't insulted, and mine wasn't neither. So cut the bullshit, I didn't insult him. I am the only one being insulted here, he keeps calling me moron, are you blind?
He did now. He hadn't at the time we were talking.

That joke of mine was hurtful? are you fucking kidding me?
Probably not, by why egg him on at all? Moralizing one day, antagonizing the next.

Look man, this doesn't even have much to do with this guy, he's never here anyway. It has to do with our attitudes towards people. Especially people we don't know and have no bad history with. I just think you were being a jerk.

I don't understand why we go this route when people don't agree on the subject. If you don't, you don't. That's it! Why the name calling, insults, calling people fake fans, interisti, calling people out of their views, etc...just chill dudes and have this beer on me.

With all due respect Mark. And I really respect you for what you have done on this forum (even though I dont hang around here that much) that person can only be desribed as a fake fan or a damn moron and because I dont think he's an interista he gotta be a moron. There is no other answer to why he act like he does on this thread trying to look like he knows something everybody else dont. If so, then put it forward. Denieing simple facts is just pathetic and also provocating.

You are free to believe whatever you want to, seems I can't convince you. We were talking about Calciopoli here, who change it personal attacks? the answer is all there. If replying him makes me a jerk, then be it, at least I didn't go down to his level with all that " You are a moron" "You are miserable human being", you are defending the wrong guy Martin, open your eyes, not that I am asking you to defend me.

Ok, so drop this boring discussion and lets go back to solojuve1897's facts. Can you post some more facts on this forum. I know you put this article up on Svenskafans a few days ago and you had some good points there, could you write them down here in English?

Here's the root of the problem. You can criticize one person without defending another, has that ever occurred to you? I'm not defending him and now that he's decided to insult you my interest in him is gone. My interest in you is not, because I know you. And even if this guy was someone I have no respect for, like say.. Berlusconi, I'd still react the same way because this is not about who he is, it's about who you are.

This goes right back to Rab's argument in that Balotelli conversation, he goes "how can you possibly stop people from yelling offensive things" and I told him it's very simple, start with the people who instigate it. The others are merely followers.

And when one person on a forum stakes out a path others tend to follow. A person's greatest influence is not his parents, but his peers. We all influence each other. And it pains me to see when a person from my "peer group", from a group of people to whom I'd have to say I belong in one way or another, is being a jerk to an outsider. Because it tells me something about myself too, and my own responsibility to impact the situation in a positive way.

Now the fact that your jab was mild, and that this argument has rather outgrown the original issue, doesn't make it irrelevant.

When were they held? I only know, that if the state interferes with the football federation, Uefa/FIFA will suspend the national teams. Spain had that problem just before the EC 2008
Good question - I'm hopeless with dates! 1980's? 1990's? Not being English myself, I wasn't that interested in it. But I remember hearing about it. The match fixing wasn't to do with winning the English Championship, it was to do with throwing matches, so that people lost their bets. I do not remember the outcome, but it did go through the English court system and FIFA/UEFA did not get involved.

It had to do with one or more betting organisations aproaching certain players to throw matches. These matches were games in which a 'big' club was playing a 'little' club. These matches were heavily betted on by the ordinary punters because the punters considered the big club to win as a dead cert. The 'accused players' were key players or strikers of the big clubs and were alledged to have 'deliberately missed sitters'. One of the accused was a prominent goalkeeper (whom the English considered World class). He was accused of allowing the ball to go into his own net, when he could have easily saved it.

The punters collectively lost a lot of money (£Millions) on each game, and the bookies cleaned up as they did not have to pay up on the 'favourite' team winning! As these games featured 'big teams', some had been televised and it showed these players 'missing sitters' and 'allowing the ball to go in the net'.

I know a lot of people claim that players miss sitters etcetera, but the punters believed it was deliberate and had them investigated and the TV footage shown in the court, showed that these players were under no pressure at the time and so it was argued that they did look like they were deliberately trying to lose the matches.

We only see the facts that support your theory from your articles. We haven't seen articles that does not support your conspiracy theory or articles that condemn Juve.
Its like watching an Al-Jazeera Documentary about The Palestinian/Israeli war.
I am not saying that i know what really is happening in those trials but its only natural to be skeptical about your 'facts', especially that the entire world media is saying its contrary.

I am sure you would be a bit skeptical about Al jazeera's facts and whether or not they are reporting the full picture because usually they focus too much on what supports their theory and neglect what doesn't (and it doesn't have to be intentional its just normal for al jazeera to be biased). The same thing applies for any source of news.

To us, you are a source of news and its normal that i expect you to be biased even if its unintentionally. It is impossible that i (or snoop) can debate with you because we are not closely as knowledgeable about the topic as you are. (the same way you wouldn't be able to debate with the Al-Jazeera expert even if he was wrong).

In short, Snoop was being skeptical... I am skeptical too.. you cannot ask us to have faith 100% in your theory based on some videos in italian. I am not saying you are wrong at all. In fact, I admire what you are doing because i wouldn't even think there was another side of the story if it wasn't for people like you.
Keep doing what you are doing... you are good at it and i guess time will tell if your theory is true or not.
In a sense i am agnostic about calciopoli and that does not make me or anyone else a fake fan or a moron

I agree with everything you said, that's the way I think too.. But you still don't understand that I didn't give him that non-offensive joke for what he thinks about Calciopoli, but because of his comment directed to me in person. I have no tolerance for that, new member or not, he needs to respect opinions and discuss it without personal attacks. All the things I said to you (about Calciopoli) were logical no? logical thinking, I am not telling you those are the truth, or what I say is absolute right. If he comes to me and tells me (like you and Mark did) "the way you think here is wrong snoop", instead of "Snoop you are a :sergio: " and If I acted this way for that, I would totally agree with you about my behavior.

Like I told you Martin, from his posts I recognized the way he thinks, and it wasn't hard for me to predict (I had the experience before) still I didn't say any offensive thing to him, until he started calling names, even then I didn't lose it..

In the end, he called me a moron, an Interista and childish names like these. If I was wrong, I would apologize to him and accept everything you said. But it's not like that. I am not the troll here, I am not the one insulting members personally for their opinions.

Feel free to translate it. There are much on the subject in english. But not in swedish, and that's why I choose to write articles about Calciopoli in swedish, simple because no one else does it for the swedish fans.

Big up to you for that article Mohammed

In this forum, IMO you should have the same fine approach as that well put and factual piece of yours. Meaning, please lets ignore the insults and jabs, however tempting, or provoking one is. Tends to cloud the point one is making.
