The second thing you like doing in this thread is bark about Juventus being guilty without laying forward an inch of evidence proving the fact. It doesnt take me more than a minute proving that the season 04/05 was legit using what the judge from Corte Federale said about it in 2006. So in your oppinon, did Juventus deserve loosing Scudetto numero 28 in that case? With Sandulli admiting that the season was legit?
Second. Juventus was sentenced for Acrticle 1 and not 6. They made up a new system where they put togheter a bunch of Article 1 to make an Article 6. It's like saying that stealing 3 movies on the internet equals robbing a bank. Again, Sandulli admited this in 2009 explaining how they sentenced Juve.
The least you can do is acknowledging that Juventus sentence wasnt right. That they didnt deserve it with the simple fact that season 04/05 in the eyes of the judges was legit. Yet they stole our scudetto. How come?
I am not saying, I dont think that anyone is saying this, that Juventus was toally innocent. That wouldnt be realistic. Because they did what every other team did, but no more. Definitley less than Fachetti and Inter. But that's Article 1 and not 6. So why were we sentenced to Serie B? Why wasnt Inter sentenced for anything (not even Article 1) eventhough there were proof of Fachetti talking to refs about choosing which ref should judge Inters games? There's alot of unanswered questions. And here you can choose to SPEC, like everybody else do.
