No it is partly his fault that Roma cheated. The whole point of mentioning Nakata and the Rlexes is to demonstrate why Totti should keep his mouth shut.
Totti is upset he didn't get them too

So are fans of Atalanta! (Must have something to do with the awful colours they wear :p )
I'm sure Inter-fans feel the same way about Udinese and Siena :p

I hope Juventus's fans/owners have made sure that their lawyer is aware of this. When is the appeal to be heard? And will it be the Italian or European court who hears it?
The European Court will be one of the courts (the most important) that will hear the appeal but the lawyers won't be from Juventus. The head lawyer (hired by Giu Le Mani Dalla Juve) will be Luc Mission of the now famous Bosman case.

Pingo, it was said right after the verdict. I'll look through the archives to find it.

Ex-Sporting Judge Doctor Giuseppe Benedetto’s words to La Repubblica

“How can one conduct a trial without a single objective criterion? There is a system that conditioned the standings without having fixed a single game?

Then Guido Rossi had the less then brilliant idea of naming all the new judges practically on the eve of the trial. He didn’t just replace the magistrates, he drastically altered the whole CAF. Even the lawyers were changed. If I were to be tried by a judged named by my accuser who has the nerve to go into to parliament and speak of what is ethical, clean, healthy etc. I certainly wouldn’t feel very tranquil.

So either the trial was a farce or the rules can be invented on the spot by whoever sees fit. The rules were not followed and the methods utilized to structure the trial were abnormal to put it lightly.”
He was a sporting judge during the scandal?

Here he resigns (right after Calciopoli) stating that he would rather have a clear conscience then be part of this world…”find yourselves a new judge”.

These are linked to what I already wrote. It was originally published in Il Foglio (not repubblica sorry about that) but they don’t have an archive online. In any case the important points can be found here as well.

Personally, I think we are cheaters.. We have been cheating for the past 14-15 years.. Its just a fact. Anyone who has seen the match against Roma two nights ago would know that for a fact.

How can we not be cheating when we have Del Piero in our squad :D Its unfair to other teams to have him in our squad. Now how about that we have him along side buffon :D We should've been relegated to Serie C2 :D

    Moratti Surprised By Juventus Form

Inter President Massimo Moratti says that he is pleasantly surprised with just how well Juventus are doing in Serie A this season.

The Bianconeri were expected to struggle following their post-Calciopoli promotion from Serie B.

However Claudio Ranieri’s men have largely impressed, and although they are out of the title race, they are sitting pretty in third position.

On Saturday night Juve did Inter a big favour, as their 1-0 win over Roma in Turin extended the Nerazzurri’s lead at the top of Serie A to 11 points.

"I have been really surprised by their squad,” Moratti told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

“I did not think that after what had happened they would be competitive, with stubbornness, pride and results. Well done.”

Moving on to his own team, Moratti concurred with the view that, with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Julio Cruz, David Suazo and Hernan Crespo at their disposal, Inter currently have the best crop of strikers in the whole of Europe.

"Yes this is true, and remember that there is also [Mario] Balotelli. He is really special,” said the oil tycoon.

The Nerazzurri’s strength in depth was exemplified during the 2-0 win over Livorno on Saturday afternoon, when both Ibrahimovic and Cruz were rested in favour of Crespo and Suazo, with the latter scoring both goals.
He is shitting his pants already... Looks like Ale's strike went up his anus.. Wait for us, we will hand your ass to you, soon.

Wait until we have Giovinco in our ranks. They'll have to create a whole new prison system for us.

Thanks Gsol! Don't the Juve fans of Gui le Mani own shares in Juventus and therefore partially own the club?

Yes, 275 or so members are shareholders however the Juventus board is not participating in the class action appeal.

Craka, I can't watch them now but when I get home I'll have another look and summarize the vids (if I can get them to open).

Do you think match-fixing and generalised usage of the word cheating are the same thing?

Actaully I wanna throw this quaestion to you and especially the ring leader around here, the Mr "I own Denco in a Juventus forum " gsol. what is the major difference between match-fixing and trying to influence referees to favour you in games?

You have stated numerous times about articles 1 and 6 or whatever that it was stated that we were not guilty of match-fixing. A lot of pro Juventus did not cheat keep on talking about providing proof of match-fixing

I am just curious as to what you think match-fixing constitutes and if you think that any team that curries referees to favour their team deserves demotion?
