Innocent until proven guilty. Same goes for Inter Jack. If they were found guilty then THEY would be guilty, not everyone else before them.

Too many people think "something illegal" must have happened because they havo no access to details. If there ws something illegal imo over 100,000 wiretaps would have surfaced something, the countless audits would have resulted in something out of the ordinary, etc etc.

Then why do I see you and your gang accusing Inter of cheating day in day out? They are innocent until proven guilty, same as Juve were.

    but this makes sense

they are proven burglars because they are stealing money from goverment.
they are proven spies because they are tapping phone illegally.
they are proven mafia because they are producing fake passports

Have I relegated them to Serie B and stripped them of titles.

Yes I think their influence with the FIGC through TIM Telecom is pressuring officials to make decisions in their favor and I'd love to see a real investigation carried out regarding that but until they are actually found guilty of misusing power (that they shouldn't have in a fair league) I wouldn't approve of a relegation. Assumption shouldn't be enough to punish the way that it was in Juve's case.

That is only referring of course to potential match fixing however, accounting fraud is another story. They were found guilty of that and not punished (due to a conveniently changed law) so at this point if all were fair and if rules were properly applied from the beginning we wouldn't be having this discussion because they'd be in B.

They have been guilty for a certain thing and they paid the penalty, prove them guilty for Turk's list.
They paid no penalty for thge passports. A fine and a 6 month suspension for Recoba which was carried out in the summer (3 months worth).

The penalty for that was a 3-0 loss for every game he played in which were 29 that season meaning relegation.

The spying Moratti admitted to in multiple interviews. i believe one was posted here too.

The government money isn't theft though Turk. It was Berlusconi giving millions in tax revenue to teams showing a fiscal loss in 2003 (so everyone but Juve and Bologna). Inter and Milan got the fattest cheques. It was the "Decredito Salva Calcio" program that UEFA criticized because Europe's other teams aren't government funded and it created an advantage for the Italian clubs...obviously not ours though.

Juve weren't even really proven guilty before the court...it was a manipulated investigation led by Inter guys...

...with a face as ugly as his, there's no way he could be innocent! :p ;)

morRATti thinks he's paid the government back 'cos paid Prodi a seven figure sum to help him beat Berlu in the last election.

    :p :D

Sorry, I know; - poor jokes!
Then Moratti solicited to have Prodi removed. Just like with players and coaches. First he spends and then he disposes. He averaged 1.2 coaches a season over a ten year period.

Another contradiction is that he is a capitalist oil pig and then campaigned for the communist party.

    I hate everything about him.

Wow. Ive not posted since November & feels like Ive never been away. This thread has not moved on in anyway, shape or form. Its still the same tired crap, re-hashed & re-posted by the same people over & again, noly now its worse. Inter are winning, but constantly moaning on about how they are cheats while we struggle to keep pace is so belittling. We're Juventini for Christs sake. We spent 20 years laughing at Interisti for doing exactly the same thing Im reading Juve fans doing right now. Sorry if this offends anyone. I know everyone has a right to post their opinion but come on guys, get a grip.

There is a fundamental difference between Interisti then and Juventini now. Interisti were complaining about percieved inhustices while statistics showed a constant equilibrium between us and them. Now the statistics show that we are right to complain as the season's results have been drastically altered due to officiating. Furthermore we endured a season in B and two stripped titles (as well as no European competition) in the name of "cleaning up the sport" and now we see that it is worse than it was before. Adiconsum stated that 52% of the season's games have been altered by poor officiating which beats the record established in the last "clean" season last year of 41.3%.

Just as people don't have an evidence of us being guilty same thing we can't accuse Inter of this.

None in Italy or any other place has got evidence that we cheated, same goes with Inter. We were treated un-fairly? Yes thats right. But still no proof.

    It's really simple.
