1) If there was no evidence of match fixing then Juventus were relegated for soemthing that you and i know nothing about and you can preach all you like but you still do not know everything

Few points I would like to highlight. To fix a match it is a must to fix it with someone. It is either the ref OR the other team. During the trial, Juve were acused to have fixed the matches through the referees YET in the appeal ALL referees got acquitted from any wrong doing. So who did Juve fix the match with?
After the trial and the first appeal was over the court could not find any match to pin point probable fixing in it except a match that, I think, was between Parma and Lecceo (not sure about the teams but has nothing to do with Juve). If that is the case why the hell did Juve get punished for it?
After reading through out the Gsol links/documents and living the trial and reading about it on the internet and listening to the news I got the following points:
1- Moggi was not a clean person. He did manythings that goes against the sportsmanship like his usual press releases and offending personale in many occasions.
2- The link between Juventus and gambling/betting games was never established.
3- The link between Moggi himself and betting games was also never established.
4- Milan CLEARLY fixed a match with udinese that people seem to forget about, and was dropped from the case.
5- Nothing, what so ever, was put on Inter. Not even a phone conversasion that had "inter" as a word in it. Which only means (if true) that Inter officials do not use cell phones.
6- The court did not listen to the actual phone conversasion, they relied on the transcripts provided by the telecom company.
7- The telecom company is owned by an inter major shareholder and Moratti owns alost of shares in it.
8- Those phone wires were established in an illegal way, which void them being evidence because for a material to be used as evidence it has to be LEGAL in the first place.
9- Since the eveidence are not evidence and there were no other material in thie trial, then whether Juve were actually match fixing or not, this trial has no place to stand in court.
