A lot of people understand that he is knowledgeable on this stuff, but I mean the Calciopoli stuff is years over...and he said the only reason he posts this stuff is to change the minds of us and inform, well it has changed very few minds, and people just think he is a rambler. The rules was changed duiring the trial and then changed back after. That means that Juve were wrongfully sentenced because they could only be sentenced in accordance with the rules at the time of the infraction.

If the origial question was regarding the Interista you'll have to ask him to clarify. He has admitted here to being one. If he's lying only he can say.

If your question is regarding changing the past, I answered that. The decisions are being appealed but even without the appeals, knowing the truth is important to some so let them hear it.

The appeal requests financial restitution for the sponsorship money lost for missing a year of Serie A, Champions League and even the Supercoppa Italiana plus all fines related to the trial. It also requests the reassigning of the 05 and 06 titles.

In addition a punitive damage figure would need to be established by the European Court of Commerce for image damage.

For the moment the restitution requested is about 250,000,000 Euros. No word on what the punitive damages could amount to.

Juve can't appeal anymore because they retracted their Civil Court appeal hours before standing trial. The reasons for that are posted in a comment entitled the Inside job. If you can't find it I'll re-post it.

An association called Giu Le Mani Dalla Juve (created by a lawyer in Italy) have appealed it and the appeal was accepted last summer.

Also Moggi is appealing in Civil Court in Italy.
