It's pretty difficult for everyone. But I do know that it is easier if you get on with a US company before you move to the US.
Which is hard unless you work in specialised employment where that company can prove no American can do that job.

Yeah, Colorado is awesome. I had relatives in Denver for a while and now I have a few friends in the Golden area.
Denver is amazing, I've never been to a City that has views like you get from Denver, I spent some time up in Evergreen and that was paradise.
