Not as far as im aware... in a democratic country you cant keep someone without trial for more than a few days... You jus charge and release... unless theres a flight risk, in which case they are on remand... but ive never heard of that sort of thing for a drink driver.

I know, over here... if you ran someone down and killed them, you would be held until sober enough to be questioned and then be charged and released pending trial... usually well within 24 hours

For me, any weather that requires that I consistently wear an overcoat over multiple layers of clothing is awful.

Its not that cold at all. Rains now and then. No big deal for you, sucks for my eyeliner but apart from that I couldnt care.

Walking around in the heat is worse, hard to breath, hard to function. Also I dont like to walk around naked, im too white

I wore a t-shirt and shorts today.... It wasnt cold at all... very sunny and i cant remember the last time i wore more than 2 layers
