Raiola wanted him on loan this January too and mainly at a foreign team as he keeps berating Italian infrastructure. Your almost certain, I'm certain he won't be in primavera next year and no he won't be a squad rotator either. The problem raiola and us have are which foreign team ( with good infrastructure and willing to start him) would be happy to take him, knowing its only a loan.

My biggest worry is the midfield but we have our hands tied there.
-We just spent 9m on Betancour are you sure he'll accept a loan somewhere? and that we spend this much money just to loan him out?
-Marchisio will not be sold 100%
-Khedira has MLS rumors about it but he is our third strongest midfielder >_> surely one of the lasts that can be sold.
-Pjanic will stay 100%
-Rincon... he is an average and almost 30years old player that we paid 9m not even 2months ago. so we can't sell uless we get a decent offer and the player ask to go.
-Sturaro he is young and italian but he is at best a sub.
-Mandragora will be loaned out 100%
So at best we'll have 5cms for 2/3 spots (2 if Allegri stick here) so where do we place the likes of Tolisso and Savic?
I'd like Fresh idea of getting both.

and then as subs Sturaro and Rincon would be awesome.
Having only Marchisio and Rincon as old players.
