vBulletin 3.x styles are not compatible with 4.x. But I don't think it'll be that hard to setup something similar to what we have now.

I can only send it in two ways, either from moneybookers.com or paying directly by credit card (to the donation side).

I have two cards, one Syria and one Lebanese bank, both are probably the only countries Paypal doesn't accept, I am sure Afghani banks are accepted
