I agree with the Bozman on this one. If she knows you love her, and she doesn't care about it, then you need to move on. That "friendship" is giving you squat, just pain. There are way too many girls out there to be sweating over one.

Agree with Bozi..and now that you're in this kind of situation, you need to tell her how you feel. Keeping quiet is gonna hurt you more. Just tell her how you feel, and even if you still wouldn't have a chance to have something more with her, you would feel better though.

its going alright, had a bit of a bad run with injuries lately. cracked a rib, strained my achilles,bruised a bone in my foot...all playing football but am just getting ready to take the dog out then go to the gym again.
gonna start getting some whey and creatinine from next month and really start to be serious about it.

Its been brilliant! Ive shed about 6kg's body fat & im all lean muscle now. My day consists of 5 meals a day.

7am - Breakfast

11am - whey protein shake

3pm - vegetable juice (yes vegie juice:sick & any 2 fruit.

6pm - generous portion of salad & any 2 fruit.

9pm - same salad story & protein (generally tuna,hake,turkey or chicken)

Ive taken phedra -cut & thats helped me big time! I stay away from creatine or any muscle building products as I tend to gain bulk naturally.

What products are u on now?

Look one warning about the whey protein,its gonna make the hiroshima bombings seem like a joke!Ur gonna be exploding like a badly run nuclear plant so just be warned.

Well the vegies help bring down the belly fat quite fast so just pump the vegetables.You can either steam the vegies or boil them with brown rice.Its best if u have them in its raw format as u get more vitamins & minerals out of them that way.

Get ur ass on msn if u can,ill give u more advice bro.

Bozi speaks the truth. The guys who are too available never gets you. It's the same thing that men do anyway though Bozman so it works both ways. I think it's our animal nature, we like danger and we like to chase.

Anyway as for your situation, if they both like each other then let them be. I was in a similar situation where one guy thought he had claim to me because he knew me longer even though the other one and I liked each other a lot. He played the best friend card and I was the one who ended up hurt in the end. They will both resent you in the end of you try and come between them.

You should have told her initially though. That way she could have given you an answer and you would have known how to proceed from there instead of continuing to make yourself miserable by pining after her.

If she is not interested then move on, there are plenty of other girls out there. It's easier said than done but time heals and you'll find yourself crushing on someone else in no time.
