Got to love Italy. So this has now set a precedent I expect to see applied equally to Napoli, Inter, Milan, Roma, Lazio, Atalanta, Sassuolo etc - next season every club to start from -9

Only in Italy does the infrastructure drive clubs to find methods to balance the books and then the system turns on those clubs with penalties and reputational damage.

The whole country is a joke, basically a third world nation
Even the third world is not this vindictive.

Very irrelevant at this point. As long as the club doesn’t grow a pair and truly stand up for itself, it’s impossible to get excited about anything.

they will come after us over and over again until the reputational damages are beyond repair and they completely annihilated us.
It's not irrelevant because they make these moves without knowing which competition(s) the club would take part in next season. Or maybe they already know and we're seeing the consequences which point at a completely different 'project' now. Surely the one Allegri signed up for is no longer there.
Another source mentioned that Allegri knows this and if he was called by JE, he'd make no fuss and walk away at the end of the season. He'd be even read to give a substantial part of his salary as there's a lot of respect between the two. Then he went on saying that Allegri wants to win the EL which could be his way of leaving as well.

I treat all of these as hints tbh. JJ will be ot of Europe and Giuntoli is being brought to clean up the mess and rebuild with younger and cheaper players. The coach in De Zerbi would seem to match this new direction which would be to get back to basics and rebuild more in the Nipples/Milan way/model.

A new penalty is certain for Juventus, it will most likely prevent the bianconeri from playing the European competitions next season as the decision will most likely before the last round of serie a. Meanwhile Arrivabene and Agnelli are thinking of going to TAR.

Imagine fighting for the 2nd place till the last round of Serie A, winning battles in Bergamo and (hopefully) against Milan, just for some 60+ years old political fucker moving you 5 spots down right before the fight ends. Must feel great to be a football player at that point.

If Juventus asks for it, things can be closed with a plea bargain so that the effects of the court cases are contained within this season. The way out could be a penalty for capital gains and a big fine for the wages, and the UEFA will back down. But the ownership is extremely quite wanting to respect the court due process before taking any action.

where's @lgorTudor to tell us that sheiks wouldn't let it happen

i respect the investments our owners made, exor has been generous with juve on the long run, but this silence and the lack of willingness to fight back is unacceptable
