it was a calciopoli related stuff i found and i asked for help in translation

this was the link:
https://www.giustizia-amministrativ...meFile=202303378_18.html&subDir=Provvedimenti

and an article with some explanation i found later:
https://www.sportface.it/calcio/ser...tus-contro-figc-e-inter-su-calciopoli/2118722

bottom line is that it's nothing newsworthy, our hearing was just postponed, so i removed my post later
Its logical that we asked for a delay, so now fingers crossed for october.

Imagine going on a win streak these months regarding both the current problems, as the Calciopoli and Giraudo's proces afterwards. Im not sure if that one will be in 2023.

Juventus , the case of Demiral which can cause trouble for the club. In the emails the possible proof of "hidden" agreements with Sassuolo for which action can be taken against the club and directors.(@CalcioFinanza)

: "A Juve plea deal? The sports law experts clarified that you can't admit you're guilty in the sport legal system. It wouldn't necessarily be an admission of guilt by Juve, if they wanted to make a plea deal"

The Turin public prosecutor's office allegedly opened a new file without a crime and without suspects, for preemptions on players that Juve had signed from Atalanta and Sassuolo . Acc. to the indictment, these are figures that should have been budgeted but have not accounted for.The Turin public prosecutor is also looking for other alleged irregularities committed by juve and has been extremely active in this matter. at this point i don't even care about who's guilty or not. this is a full blown administrative war, nothing else. i just hope that perez & co are very, very busy to throw as much dirt on ceferin and his cheap lapdogs like tebas and gravina as possible
