That's true, but we are the biggest club in their league. They need to cater to our needs as well, especially when that need is basically being treated like everyone else.

And apart from that I'd argue that the ease with which we have been punished up to this point does not bode well for the credibility of the league. If you look at City's problems, you know a decision is years away because at least there will be a proper investigation first. Any decision that comes about as fast as the first one did already implies that it cannot have been taken in good faith.

Oh that's obvious, but they mess with us because they believe they can get away with it. The whole point of fighting back is to kill that belief. The league, and Italy in general, have little credibility to begin with. That's why in hindsight maybe it wasn't that good of an idea to go public. Our hands are tied and the game in italy is played with different set of rules than say in england or any country with a more robust due process.

The lawyers Enrico Lubrano, Angelo Pisani, Oreste Pallotta and Carlo Claps have filed an appeal to the TAR and an opponendum intervention to the College of Guarantee of Sport to request the revocation of the 2018-2019 championship to Juventus and its assignment to Naples. (ANSA)

There are rumors of bargain being struck by Juve with FIGC and possible plea deal which would result in partial retraction of the points penalty. However the club would have to issue an admission of guilt after so much denying with the salary manuever and capital gains. (@CorSport)
I'll believe it when I see it. Those rumors are getting more ridiculous every day. Idc if the league gets burned to the ground but we need to pursue this until the very end, take it to every instance from sports to civil courts.

Here we go... 2006 all over again

FIGC are going full force on Juve and are looking to revoke the titles of 17/18 18/19 and 19/20. They will be given to the runners up. They are now looking at the possibility for instant relegation starting of next season. The court hearing will take place on the 14th of April, the Federazione Italiano Giuoco Calcio (figc) are very confident they’ll make this happen.

@s4tch dude you mentioned me somewhere yesterday I wanted to read that letter but can’t find the post
it was a calciopoli related stuff i found and i asked for help in translation

this was the link:
https://www.giustizia-amministrativ...meFile=202303378_18.html&subDir=Provvedimenti

and an article with some explanation i found later:
https://www.sportface.it/calcio/ser...tus-contro-figc-e-inter-su-calciopoli/2118722

bottom line is that it's nothing newsworthy, our hearing was just postponed, so i removed my post later
