Again who decides the economic value of players if the kangaroo judiciary wants to determine the economic value of players then it must make specific laws on it. There is no law no punishment except in a banana republic like Italy.
No there is no law no punishment except for Juve. The law is made up as we go along with punishment

At the end of the day the figc said to the clubs during the pandemic do whatever you want as long as its withing the rules, don't expect government financial aid just look after yourselves. Clubs in Italy literally depend on cooking the books to stay in existence

You could be right. At the other side they might have a insider.

For context though it has been trending on Twitter for 12 days straight while having 8m fans in Italy. And it still is

Lets just hope that it will apply massive presure on the right people. If the 500k are true its obviously a huge problem

Last weekend 300k less people watched Serie A compared to the weekend before btw
@Dru

Its keeps raining this:

It corrects itself. Any reasonable director will look a bit further than 1 year and realize while you might gain profit in the 1st year, starting with 2 year you will be hit with depreciation costs in addition to having a useless asset in the books.
That's one of the most ridiculous things about it. It all evens out anyway and we are on the hook for a increased amortisation for the next few years.

I I knew that this Sandulliasshole is defending the verdict. I would not bother copy paste translate..
So @SaJuve English plz next time

Piero Sandulli, former president of the Federal Court of Appeal, expressed his opinion on the penalty of 15 points in the standings imposed on Juventus.
WORDS – «For some time, like several other colleagues, I have been arguing that the container of companies listed on the stock exchange does not go well with sports clubs. And the current case of Juventus, once again, bears witness to it. In the sense that the revocation first and then the sentence were based on the elements that emerged during the investigations produced by Consob, which by definition can naturally supervise only the clubs present in Piazza Affari. In this regard, in all honesty, I would have expected some evolutions on the subject. I was confident that the recent sporting reform would deal with this issue, which at the moment remains a vulnus to the system. Hence the sanction against Juventus and the lack of sanction against all the other companies involved. I don't consider it a disparity, but a different treatment based on different previous choices. This condition, in fact, is accepted by the club when it enters the Stock Exchange. And in fact we arrived at the current sentence precisely on the basis of the Consob investigation, which led to the existence of unpublished facts compared to last April, when Juventus was acquitted".

According to 'TuttoSport', the very notable case of the corrected invoice by hand with the contested pen to Juventus wouldn't be an official document, but only a copy that wasn't part of the documentation. It was corrected to reissue it by Marseille with the correct data and then, once it became compliant, it was properly registered electronically as the procedures dictated for some time on this aspect.

:sergio::sergio:

Im telling you... if this -15 points sentence its not cancelled, Im done....
It won't be cancelled, it's that obvious.

Even if they abolish the -15 sentence, on th3 next trials they'll punish us -30.

If they don't abolish it, theyll punish us -15 ob the next one too.

They will, after the minister of sport openly asked all clubs to be sanction and that this is a witch hunt against Juve.

But on the salaries shit trials they'll punish us -30.

Salvini”If they accuse you of tampering with the value of the players, it seems strange to me that only Juventus has anything to do with it... The capital gain is split into two. If they only punish one club, the judiciary system is cross-eyed or Juve is annoying nuisance.

    Real talk- if Jj is docked an additional 10-15 point deduction then it doesn’t matter how many subscriptions are canceled

    Prosecutor, Chiné is working on the hidden wage payment case and from what is filtering, the best case scenario is only a -20 points deduction which leaves to the judges discretion whether to increase it further.
