You get accused.
Judge decides.
You don't have the chance to defend yourself.
No trial.. one set of hearing and a decision is reached..
You don't know how you broke the rules
You don't know why exactly you received the punishment or why it is light/heavy one.

They get 10 days to write down the logic behind the ruling.
You can appeal to higher court.. with some stupid shit on your not appealing the ruling.. but the procedures behind it.


Then.. you have to deal with the uncertainties and negative impact during this whole period...
