Prosecutor arguments:"The new evidence shows the particular gravity from a sporting point of view of the conduct held which had an impact on many professional Serie A leagues by falsifying them."
In the seasons under scrutiny Juventus had very significant losses but instead of putting their hands in their pockets and using their money they created fictitious plusvalenze that allowed them to put real money in the mercato..."
and buy players which led to falsifying the sporting competition at the expense of other clubs who have really suffered and that couldn't buy in the mercato but actually they had to sell their family jewelry."
There are clubs that had to sell players who scored 20 goals per season and then heavily paid in the successive year's league ranking."
Cant tell if its a joke or its the actual argument of the prosecutor. If its the latter, can you please link me? :D

The prosecutor seems to have no understanding of accounting or finance.

"fictitious plusvalenze" has absolutely no bearing on our liquidity to be able to make signings. It is a paper entry, for every player sold for an alleged inflated cost there is a player purchased for an inflated cost. The cash out the door is the exact same as if the prices were lower. Our accounts are also taking the hit for the next few seasons while we amortise these players. There is no argument for a sporting advantage whatsoever unless they really want to skew it that we would not make the financial rule to register for the league (I don't think we are even close to that). Also if they argue that we got a sporting advantage for this surely it is wiped out by the other clubs we dealt with also getting the same advantage.

The owners have put their hands in their pocket and more often than not put this cash into other clubs in the league by making domestic signings.

I would expect our lawyers/board to be all over this argument but worrying that it was successful in the case.

FIGC prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné is ready to ask for documents of the alleged false accounting committed by Napoli for the purchase of Victor Osimhen from Lille. Also other Juve transfer deals apart from those under investigation during last three years are being looked at again. [La Repubblica]
    HAHAHAHAHA...

    guess how that's gonna finish?

DAZN is bullshit anyway for someone who only wants to follow one team, or even league.
Way too expensive with all the shit you pay for that you never want to watch in the first place.
Even if this points deduction weren't to happen, Allegro would've made sure they eventually cancel it anyway :p

It is funny to mention other clubs and trying to defend them when they also are using plusvalenza.

this argument also makes no sense. "clubs were forced to sell players who scored 20 goals a season"

does he he think juve cheated fiorentina out of 140m paid to them for chiesa and vlahovic? then why didn't fiorentina complain? small clubs always sell players. always

funny now that to keep their clients they went from 40 a month to 25. Thing is, fans from other clubs will threaten to unsub and will get a discount hence dazn, sky, league will lose more money.

Cancelled my Paramount+. Please help me out with some of those illegal streams.
Zorrostream, batstream, buffstreams, etc. I subscribed for Juve tv. You can watch a full game after it ends in real time.

Just give the club to someone who does not care to pump 1 bln into it.
Its pointless as long as the football association is working against us. How many scandals over the last few years they have tried to pin on us? It seems every few seasons there is something. Few years ago, they tried with Suarez and alleged test which we paid to obtain questions for him to gain citizenship. They need to feel their pockets getting emptied. I cancelled every shit the last 2 days that had any connection with Serie a.
