Prosecutor arguments:"The new evidence shows the particular gravity from a sporting point of view of the conduct held which had an impact on many professional Serie A leagues by falsifying them."
In the seasons under scrutiny Juventus had very significant losses but instead of putting their hands in their pockets and using their money they created fictitious plusvalenze that allowed them to put real money in the mercato..."
and buy players which led to falsifying the sporting competition at the expense of other clubs who have really suffered and that couldn't buy in the mercato but actually they had to sell their family jewelry."
There are clubs that had to sell players who scored 20 goals per season and then heavily paid in the successive year's league ranking."

This is farce firstly I don't know in which judiciary the judges are allowed to take ten days to release the judgement.

A large number of Juventus fans are halting their Sky and DAZN subscriptions in protest, which could cost broadcasters around €136M if the number of cancellations reaches 500,000.
A region of Puglia, has had 13,000 cancellations in just 24 hours. (@CorSport)

Now Chine is asking to re open the Osimhen case

He also wants to look at deals between Milan and Juventus as well as city and Barca

Guess which team isn't mentioned in all of this and conveniently sitting in third place

At the 15th minute the game will be paused for a minute as a sign of protest.

Also Pescara's lawyer said that they were shocked that Chine didn't even talk about other clubs including their own during the whole process. Just Juventus

Tuttosport mentioned that out of 44 minutes he spoke about Juventus for 42 minutes.

Tf they're digging up us when there's teams like PSG who's salary budget for 2022 was 634m? If money rules football, what's wrong in there? What a hypocrite pieces of shit.

Not saying we don't deserve little kick in the nuts but still.

Fairly valid argument. Capital gains are a manipulation of the market, but they only give you a sporting advantage IF YOU ARE THE ONLY TEAM BENEFITTING FROM IT!

I get that the league wants to clear this kind of behaviour up, in which case they should bring in regulations to improve it when it is so widely spread. The answer is not to just point blank make an example of one team and let everyone else off Scott free

As somebody who cares little about football these days but still gets some enjoyment from the spectacle, watching the cunts in Serie A who have fought us tooth & nail commit league suicide is way more entertaining than us scraping 4th and flopping in Europe every year without the drama

I really do hope the league fades into obscurity, which is absolutely will short of half of the big teams selling to oil states

Neutrals give absolutely no shit about the league as is. There's a huge contingent of football fans now that have no nostalgia towards the old Milan & Juve teams because they haven't won a single CL between them in their adult lives
